I'd still think Indominus would win, as a subadult, she was comparable in size to Rexy, and was already shown to learn very quickly how to disable her opponent's weapons and expose their weakspots. She can more easily control the fight with her long arms and opposable claws, and keep Rexy at bay while still attacking her.
