    A quick update and the secret behind my 2:52 marathon that I did in October. Marathon training is something I have learned a lot about over the last year, and I believe I have found a way that works for me, but also for anyone who is trying to run one. Whether you're aiming at a 2.30 marathon or a 6 hour marathon.
    This channel is for anyone who wants to run or perform in any endurance sport. As a former professional athlete I want to share some of my experiences and tips on training. I believe I can help you, and I want to help you.
    I never thought I'd run a marathon. Much less a sub 3 marathonAs a former speed skater I never thought I would go all in on running. Yet, here I am! With a new goal: 2.25.
