Is there anything you need to do when reinstalling the blade? Do the wheels need anything for example?

No, nothing special to reinstall, it’s a good idea to manually spin the wheels to make sure the blade is tracking before powering on.

A razor blade hitting the tip of every tooth ? Won’t that dull the blade ?
Better off with a liquid cleaner that softens the pitch, then wipe off by rotating blade the OTHER way
Sometimes cutting a different wood species that doesn’t gum up blades will clear the teeth
