Have 250 miles on a set of 30’s. 9 lbs in them. Beat em up at Bear Wallow. No issues what so ever. Great tire! Rather have the durability than a lighter tire.
Carnies are good 370s are good. Two completely different tires. The carnies are softer thus will wear out quicker. But when a softer compound is what you need, they are better. Spring snow rides here in the PNW the carnie is superior to the 370. But all the rest of the year the 370 is great and is very tough. I run the 370s. 35s on 15x8 headlocks. Mostly at 8 psi. Air down to 2.5 to 3 psi in the snow. My buddy runs 35 in carnies at basically same psi. Krx and rzr xp respectively.
Great video, keep em coming. Any info on how well they do in snow? Im in Montana and will ride a lot in the snow. Just got a new 22.5 Can Am HD 10 limited and looking to put some 30's on it. Thanks again.
They are great looking tires, we were going to get them but they were back ordered awhile back so we went with carnivores. We might try these or the roxxzillas next. 👌 let me know how they hold up.
@@Trailnecks I have 1450 miles on mine right now and they aren’t even half worn yet. I thought they would wear a lot quicker. I ride a good mixture of everything including roads. No plugs or holes yet. Knock on wood.
@@Trailnecks no not yet anyway, we have a small cut in the side wall of the wife’s buggy but that’s it. The 370s look like that have a really thick sidewall which I like.
Thanks! Will do. I did the superatv long travel kit which put me out to 72 in. I also did some offset rims on top of that taking me on out to 75.5 inches wide. I can ride on the outside of a lot ruts nowadays lol. It does come with a couple drawbacks though...I gotta invest in a wider trailer now and I find myself going a little slower when the narrow machines can hammer down as some trails open up. I like it so far though.
I haven't notice more feedback when the machine is moving/rolling but I did notice on some of the steep switchbacks where I had to do a 2 or 3 point turn the steering was fairly heavy. It's a 5+2 offset.
Really depends on where you ride and what you want out of your machine. Also you may have to get offset rims to run 32s. If you like like speed 30s but if you like going rock crawling and mud then 32s
I actually just put these on replacing carnivores because of exactly what you said the sidewall sucks in rocks. Out of curiosity what pressure are you running
@@Trailnecks Haven't truly tested them yet, Ryan Snyder at SnyderPowersports (where i bought them) said they are running them at 12.5 so that sounds about right then.
Great objective video with good info and to the point. Did you consider the 33" XTR370S ? Not necessarily for the added 1" of clearance, but for the deeper lug pattern?
Appreciate the support! I did consider the 33s but they were 53 lbs a tire vs 32s were 46 lbs a tire. Rotational mass can really hurt your machine for speed and breaking axles so I tried to play it safe
@@Trailnecks How is the tread holding up. I like Carnivore's but no way I'm replacing them every 1000 miles or so from what I've read. I got 800 miles on my original dirt tamers and they look new still.
Well it's pretty noticeable, but before the 32s the machine seemed out of control when trying to trail ride (always getting sideways when on the 29 in bighorns) afterwords it feels like you can drive more aggressively on the trails.
The 33s actually have a deeper tread that measures from 1.00in in the middle to 1.25in on the shoulder whereas the 32 measures .75in to 1.00in. So it kinda depends on if you like riding faster or if you want more clearance!

Is 9lbs the sweet spot for them? I like the durability as well. Thanks for the info!
@@Trailnecks I bet you can go lower for sure, but at 9, my buddy told they were giving a ton on large rocks. Like the videos!!!
Thanks!

I went on a couple of snow rides with them and they did pretty good! The snow here on the east coast doesn't get too bad though!

Thanks! From what I've seen the rockzillas are one of the best tires out there! I'll keep ya update on the long term of the system 3s!
How many miles you get out of the Carnivores if you dont mind me asking?

What are your thoughts on them now after a year? Still happy? How is mileage and tread life?
Still loving them. 700 miles tread is holding up!
Great review !!! Definitely my next tires replacing carnivores. Where was the mud hole filmed at around the 2 minutes mark ?
Thanks! The mud shot is from the Spearhead Trails in Virginia at the Mountain View trail system. ruclips.net/video/yx-5eJkN3nM/видео.html

With the offset wheels, do you notice more feedback in the steering wheel when hitting ruts and rocks? What offset are you running?

I've got a 21 x3 ds turbo r do you recommend 30 inch tires or 32s? I believe I can use stock wheels on 30s but thoughts?

35s
How are these holding up? Wear?
Still holding up pretty good, no noticeable wear!
Hey Josh, you gotta ask yourself…….is it Jon Beane approved? 🤣🤣
Hahaha this is a pretty nice set of tires lol

Tusk Nebo Beadlock, 14 in 5+2 offset. Thank you!

Yes!
Any rubbing during articulation/compression?

How much power did they rob

On a straight up drag race it will be much slower but still way faster than any non turbo machine
Is your machine a 64 or 72
It started out 64 but then I added a superatv long travel kit and offset rims which has put me out to 76
I heard “gravels” you must be from the mountains
Yeah our closest trail system is called Mountain View (Spearhead Trail System)
What do the 32’s measure?
True to size, which is another reason I like them!

@@Trailnecks yeah im thinking that may be too much for me. Plus 53lbs is a heavy heavy tire. If the 32’s are 32” on the machine I’m good with that.
