So, at first, I disagreed a little bit, then I realized that it's 601x rod, not 7018, lol. 7018 is a bit different technique and behavior. I once watched an apprentice take a grinder to the face. Took off half the skin on his nose. He was lucky his nose didn't come OFF, all things considered. 'Well I've never needed a face shield before.' Pray you don't, but just wear the damn P.P.E. anyways. Whether it be self darkening helmets or a mask. Just because you THINK you know the pain and can 'handle' it isn't worth you losing your sight- or worse, you life.
@@pokealja only exception is gloves (except in welding or hand tools/sportsstill optional in welding just dont cry when you have sunburns and increased risk of skin cancer) but never EVER wear gloves with rotating power tools they will grab them and pull you in especially wire wheels even drills can seriously injure you if you wear gloves or even kill you if your lucky it will just take your hands skin off instead of fingers and breaking bones.
@@jamesordwayultralightpilot you’ve experienced true arc eye if you agree that the tears feel like heaven when they’re flowing.
So it is 6013 at around 100 amps, but what is the rod thickness? And is this DCEP or DCEN?
Great video thanks sir for that
So, at first, I disagreed a little bit, then I realized that it's 601x rod, not 7018, lol. 7018 is a bit different technique and behavior. It would not produce such a nice weld running that height/angle, and the asthetics would be off with those movements. For 60 series, these are very nice welds. Going to retry these next time I pick up some 6010, which is rare.
My boss loves 6011 and mostly because It says they work with less than clean metals....so they never clean anything before they weld it and it shows...
Great💪💪💪💪
진짜 올려주셨네 잘 보겠습니다.
전기용접에 위빙을 하는 이유가 뭔가요?
What electrod do u use?6013 or 7018?
According to thickness, it needs to adjust amperes. When performing elec-welding, just do it. If you wanna make a clear line.
Show, artista da solda, tô aprendendo muito, obrigado amigo.
아크 용접시 위빙을 빙글빙글 돌려서 하는게 가장 좋다는 말인거죠?
