I can (and have) however everyone here is an adult and I shouldn’t have to constantly police adults on my page. Reading those comments is also frustrating as the person they’re directed to so I’d rather just shut it all down if people refuse to have some sense in the comments 🤷🏽♀️

These two triangles going on in the villa are a joke and these two guys are getting a kick out of it without thinking there’s repercussions. I feel bad for Omar; especially when Mimii declined coupling w/him choosing to steal instead and Uma is ignoring him as well. Or at least this is happening during the 1 hour or less that we see of everyone. He looked a little hurt but that’s why I can’t remember a comment he made. 🤔 I’m not fully caught up in case there’s something going on newer I’m missing. Uma is just wearing her heart on her sleeve giving Ayo too much grace and I don’t have anything negative to say about Mimii bc she’s just going after what she really wants taking full advantage whenever she can. I have no idea what anyone sees in Ronnie and he’s giving me the ick acting just like Sammie last season.

I wonder why that group is so angry or why it even exists. She's done nothing that the other islanders haven't done themselves including Mimii. Only difference between Mimii and Uma's decision to steal was Mimii and Ayo were never a couple and it was only 3 days in at that point.

I think Mimi isolated herself from the rest of the girls. All she cares about is Ayo it’s not so much a bad thing but Uma is obviously a bubbly people person and that’s why the girls gravitate more towards her. Mimis a bit antisocial
I don't think Mimii is antisocial. I think she's experiencing what it's often like to be the shy, quiet one in a group of brash and loud. Brash and loud tend not to warm to anything else and don't bother to delve any deeper than surface level interactions. Uma has also made it a point not to rock the boat or stir the pot with any of the other girls. It's been easier to play nice with the shy quiet girl who isn't going to kick off.

Why do the guys prefer Uma? This is just classic like, stereotypes imo. Mimii is beautiful in the way a fairy queen is; beauty mostly appreciated by the feminine gaze. Uma is beautiful in the way a cheerleader is, which is the kind of beauty most appreciated by the male gaze. It's in the face, the personality, the body. They're both perfect examples of each trope.

Ayo is annoyed that he has to keep the girls in the loop regarding his interactions with each, he knows he wouldn't do that in the real world but this is love island and if you want to 'honestly' keep two girls on simmer then this is what you do to preserve one or the others dignity OR pick one stick with her and do whatever you both consent to do, in private or shouting it from the roof top if it so pleases you. •I can kind of see where people say MiMi is being shut out by the girls. I think it’s because of 2 things.
1.) MiMi is just not a social person & she actually likes it that way. I’m the same way. My best friend of over 10yrs told me “Angel you probably got married to a prince & are the princess of a small village & I wouldn’t know about it because you’re such a closed book” lol. When I’m at work & I see someone smiling coming to talk to me, in my head I’m screaming “Aaaw shyt!!!” & I conversate politely while secretly hoping they shut up & let me work already lol. Even my own blood sister yells at me about not letting people know what’s going on with me. It’s hard for most people to understand, but some people honestly are happier solo. We’re not depressed, we’re not trying to hide something, we’re not scared of you, we just simply prefer our own company. We like it!
2.) Uma is the complete opposite. She’s very good at being social & creating friend groups. And she knows how to control people around her using her friendship skills.
So it could just be where MiMi is closed, Uma is wide open. I don’t think the girls dislike MiMi or are trying to dog her out, but if they can’t get in, they can’t get in.
•BUT I still ain’t jumping on the Uma hate train! I’m not getting into the poisonous mindset that there’s only room for 1 blk girl. There were 2 blk girls in the finals last year (even though people tried to ruin that) & it can be done again. Until one of them wise up, I’m team boys anyways lol. I can’t support them out here making blk girls look dumb. Hopefully one of them grows a backbone & moves on, so they won’t have the battle for Ayo between them.
