Yes no Blue screens on PC BUT I crash straight to desk top at least 2 or more times an hour . I have to restart computer on login most times because it locks up the whole computer.
It’s not his console it’s everyone’s console so that means it’s actually Bethesda’s horrible console optimization. Just because your computer brute forces this 6 year old game to run halfway decently doesn’t mean console players don’t deserve optimizations to help prevent crashing. Console players spend money on atoms just like pc players do the least they could do is get it to where the game actually runs for more than an hour without a crash z
I've played this game on PC for years now, never had a blue screen. The only real problem i've consistently had is the power armor stations not working. I just ended up making a toon and not using power armor
Game on PC crashes to desk top at least 2 times an hour now and locks whole PC up on login almost every time. I have to do multiple logins/restarts to get in . This happens for a lot of PC people Instant crash to desk top. And yes it does feel like its being done at critical times.
On PS5 yeah crashing is bad, at least every half hour, I think its definitely a memory leak/cache issue though, I notice crashes the most after transition from a loading screen or being stationary to running.
Xbox and pc gets crashing, but not that often. Old gen friends of mine get it the worst, but its only once every few hours. Playstation has it the worst over all platforms. I have never seen someone outside of Playstation get blue screened. Thats new to me. I hope they fix this.
This is a Playstation issue(maybe all consoles, I never use an xbox). I only use a PS4 to play with a friend, but crash constantly. Meanwhile on PC I can play for 8+ hrs with no problems. I'm pretty sure it's related to the background monitoring that Sony does. Yes, Bethesda's world building has to do with it too. They were pretty much winging it when they made the game, so a lot of things are poorly optimized, but the unnecessary near constant communication with the PSN while playing pushes the consoles past the breaking point. Personally, despite my frustrations on the PS4, I commend Bethesda for not giving in to Sony's monopolization tactics.
Well, the game has never crashed for me on PC since the Settlers and Raiders DLC. Probably once but for real, I started playing the game again non stop for 3 months after some years and no single crash.
Then your either lying or very lucky because mine crashes all the time and locks up computer on login , having to restart. I have multiple friend on PC al with same issues of crash straight to desk top.
@@John-ko2hq not lying bro. Why would I? I don’t get anything by defending the game. But that is my case though. I play on a Asus Rog G18 2023 laptop. Hopefully they fix it for you guys because definitely there’s an issue, just not for everyone.
Im a ps5 user and will say have blue screend sevral times but also crash so much more thin anything kicking me out and asking to report the problem. the amount of reports i sent at this point is crazy i never had to do this for any other game even on my old ps4
I'm pretty sure this is a deep rooted issue with the Creation Engine that can't be fixed it's an engine held together with duct tape and bandaids and is old as dirt. If the next Fallout isn't on a totally new engine or Unreal this will happen on there too.
Maybe to some extent, but it shouldn’t be as bad as it is. For me at least, they used to be pretty rare(maybe every few hours between at least) but nuka world is when crashes picked up (about every 1.5-2hours average) and now it’s crashing about every half hour to an hour an is borderline unplayable. There’s also a lot of replicable crashes that are common in gameplay many of which were just added with the last update that are not fixed yet and areas of the map like nuka world or certain actions like leaving a daily op that very frequently cause crashes. It may crash occasionally due to engine but the current state is due to the devs
Thank you for the feedback man, I'm still kinda new to RUclips, trying to find the perfect balance haha. Surprisingly not a lot of people have said anything, so I really appreciate the feedback!
You're a console player doing a video on PC. The irony is not lost on me. If you played the game on PC instead of Console, you won't have this issue. No, no it doesn't happen 'alot' on PC, it never happens, not for me. Now Farcry 6, Farcry 6, YES, Division 2, YES. But not Fallout 76. Not ever. UBISOFT, not Bethesda. Except for on Console of course. I hate consoles, I hate controllers. I like my 12 button gaming mouse and my mechanical RGB gaming keyboard. Ubisoft are ridiculous, the bane of PC gamers. Evil Ubisoft. Odyssey is cool though, never had a crash from it, never a freeze or a bluescreen. What's funny is that Fallout 4 has the most insanely long load screens even if you have 32 gigs of high speed RAM yet Starfield takes seconds. You can sit there for MINUTES waiting for a load screen after you open a freaking DOOR, in Fallout 4. 5 minutes is not uncommon. Even after that patch that supposedly upgraded the game. Yeah, that's b.s.. That's a lie. I tried to play it, only tossed like 20 mods on it and it was the same. It's unplayable as far as I'm concerned. I just gave up on that game.
Sometimes I feel like my game crashes intentionally to make me miss out on events
I'm on ps5 for 6 years it crashes regardless
PC has no blue screens. It's your console. Sorry.

I get blue screened just for standing up and trying to get out of the hot tub.
It's everything honestly
My Xbox has crashed so much, I just restart my Xbox but then all of a sudden the fasnacht happened and it’s gotten worse.
I've played this game on PC for years now, never had a blue screen. The only real problem i've consistently had is the power armor stations not working. I just ended up making a toon and not using power armor
If im not getting nuked at fashnact then its a black screen(PS5). Like you said "Unplayable"
I really wish they would so something about it. Ok it's complicated, but they've had years

On Xbox series X I’ve only experienced one crash within my 200 hours plus of gameplay
Just started playing on my brand new series s and it's crashing already. Bran new character, crashed in the first hour
