    To me BJJ has bean about handling yourself in a chaotic situation, so when he said “try to find control in each step”, it clicked. If we batten down the hatches we can survive the chaos.

    I'm finally able to catch some mounted triangles, but only on a weaker or lighter opponent, which is difficult because I'm one of the smaller men in a room of 200+ lb. opponents. These details will most definitely help, as I've been a bit sloppy and I'm getting rolled. That hand-off with the active foot on the arm is gold!
