Hi mark did you u choose needle free anesthetic in 2nd op .?

I had painless (about 60% less pain) where they shoot the water gun type thing in but they still then inject. It didn't seem to always work so just carried on without and all good. They were constantly massaging the scalp which seemed to help.

@@bellagio1066 so you did choose the needle free in 2nd op cuz im going to do my 2nd op wondering if its worth to choose?

It's up to you really. I had the painless (they call it needle free) but they still use the needles for the anesthetic. If I went again I personally wouldn't pay the extra as don't mind the feel of the needles. The needle free just shoots a jet into the skin to numb it first then they inject.

Great video once again. I can relate to so much of this especially the hair fibres and people saying once i got my hair transplant “your hair wasnt even that bad" trust me it was. I took finaateride back in 2016 but had awful side effects mainly with depression mood etc do you think oral minoxidil can have the same sides? Im 42 had first h/t two years ago 4500 grafts in turkey but need another one for the crown and mid scalp about 2-3k grafts. My last question do you think you have any remaining grafts if you needed or wanted a third h/t 😊

Thankyou. Yes hair fibres literally saved me about 10 years of baldness by being able to cover it. I've suffered a lot of depression and anxiety where I took Fluoxetine (prozac) but not taking now. I've felt fine taking the oral Minoxidil but what I would suggest is just try it for the first three months and see how it goes. You can always stop then if you don't like it. My first op was 3300 grafts and second was 3400 grafts so don't think I'd have much left for a third without the donor area becoming patchy but luckily I seem to have slowed my balding now I'm a bit older. If you like the channel feel free to subscribe as hopefully going to make some more hair vids soon to show the progress with the oral Minoxidil.
