THANKS!! I’ve been beating myself up because I wasn’t able to move down the scale for a bit more than three months now but because of this explanation I just came to realize that it’s because I’m exactly on the weight I was supposed to reach. That alone just lifted a lot of weight off of my shoulders. I guess now comes the “work harder” part you mentioned in the video. Thanks again.

I love how much I learn in your videos. You are so much better at explaining than others.\

Is Mgb surgery reversable? Can go back to normal?

are you saying I can never get down to my ideal weight even if I am exercising and eating properly?

Most people do not. Whether or not they could is a more difficult question. Possibly? Diet is about 90% of the equation, and exercise is 10% or less.

@@bariatricsurgeryinfo3434 okay for instance, I am 5 3" and am 200 lbs. I would like to get to between 125 and 130. So are you saying I probably won't be able to achieve this? I am staying at 1000 cal a day and walking on 30 minutes 4 times a week. Thank you.
