So the nails will re-enforce the glue ? I find it a bit risky, but that is why you are the maestro :D !!!
It is risky, that's why I did the test! In the baroque way the neck was not wedged into the upper block. The head side of the wood (the part of the neck that goes to the ribs) isn't gluing very well so all the tension goes to the nut and the nails.
