I could get 1,100,00 is interest just by putting that money in a high yield account and not have to do anything. How much does this golden property net in one year after expenses?
Sadly most of the farm lots in Luzon showcased in channels like this are priced as residential. But you can still find decently priced lots in other islands

I have seen similar rambutan farms in this area for 650 per sqm. What about this property justifies such a high price?

The price of the property po is depending on the location and the demand like branded bags or shoes. The market dictates the price po.
