@@BoKnowsWeather this exhaust isn’t anything crazy. It definitely makes it sound a little louder, deeper, and sportier. Will hear a real difference with a different downpipe. After 2021 bmw altered the exhaust notes on all their vehicles pretty much.

I have a the m340i my car sounds exactly like this if not louder with just a resonator delete and downpipe the pitch is literally almost exactly the same just a bit louder upload a video on it with a downpipe because rn the exaust is fire but with a resonator delete it sounds the same as the exhaust and I have no drone at all
@M40iGarage I'm actually picking up a 2022 x3 m40i in the next month or so and the mod bug already hitting me lol. Convinced myself I'm getting too old for the car scene and decided an x3 was a good grown up choice 😂
@@BoKnowsWeather yes, they can provide a specific wiring harness. They will also supply only one valve. However, with the stock buttons the valves do not open all the way. They will only open partially. They only open fully under load. This is why I opted for the remote.
@ or you can do what I did I guess and just remove the fuse that controls the valves. Make sure to do it while vehicle is warm and valves are open. There’s some RUclips videos on how to do it.

I have the same or very similar diffuser as yours, do you have issues when backing up sometimes especially when backing out of a driveway (especially one that’s at an angle) my sensors would go crazy and abruptly brake
@ nah I feel you. I just don’t like the abrupt braking as in back out of driveways at times it looks like I don’t know how to back out/drive lmao super awkward when someone is watching

@ they’re great wheels, highly recommend. I went with 20x9.5 squared. I couldn’t use factory canter caps. Had to buy stickers off of etsy and stick them to the caps that come with the neuspeeds.
I’m looking at a 2018 X3 m40i , trying to see if it’s a better longevity investment than a 540i or m550i V8 version. Would appreciate the help, they asking 28k out the door and 3-4k for title and etc . 350-450$ a month for payment lease . Need assistance
@@GekoSF90 x3 m40i and 540i share the same motor (b58). Both reliable and fast. But if you need the extra space then get x3. Price Is okay depending on mileage but the $3-4k for everything else seems steep. M550i will cost way more to repair if anything were to happen. Everything overall will be more expensive with that car.

@ if you can get a good deal on a warranty for bumper to bumper coverage then go for it! You may never need the warranty but if it’s good for peace of mind then do it.

@@Astheticx. no issues thus far. Very good quality exhaust. Im completely stock besides the exhaust. It probably gave me like 10-20 hp maybe. An exhaust will not cause any problems. It is actually better for the turbo because it can breathe better. Only way it would void warranty is if they could prove an exhaust caused the issue. Highly unlikely.
Be careful wirh the Chinese valvetronic exhaust. They will create alot of back pressure when the valve is closed. If i understand it correctly youll have to pay an exhaust shop to cut it open and tey to fix it. I believe that what valvetronic in Pennsylvania does.

x3m comp if you want performance, x3 m40i if you want a good daily and a smooth ride and performance as well. the x3m comp has a harsh ride compared to the x3 m40i

Should not be wired to constant power, your battery will eventually get drained. You should have him rewire it to acc power.

Is the sound clip with just the exhaust with stock down pipes and stock tune?
