Well done video. Absolutely beautifully renovated home with wonderful amenities. For me personally, I would prefer a home with more traditional charm. The modern contemporary renovation, though wonderfully done, feels generic, like something that you could find anywhere in North America. For instance, instead of the flooring they chose, which looks like wood, why not put down pasta tile which would give it a more traditional look. Maybe some beams on the ceiling. The kitchen and bathrooms also look very modern and generic. With the exception of the tiles on the stairs going up to the bedrooms which gives it a pop of color, there were no real accents anywhere to give it any kind of uniqueness or soul to the place . Again, this is my own personal taste, they did do a wonderful renovation.

Its not common to have bathtubs here. But it could be built where the existing shower is. The house has a 4,000 liter tank.
