Apparently if you sit in the mayor’s reception area for about 16-18 minutes the mayor will peek out his door mention HE WAS FREE THE WHOLE TIME and the receptionist was being stupid because he freed up his schedule just for you then you can walk into his room and get the same ending with him mentioning the mayoral mustard basically showing that you’re guy will waste about 2 hours of his life
