So I know old video but that bike is so beautiful! Some real inspiring parts there. I just bought my first ever bike a 2013 dyna super glide anniversary and my head is spinning with the possibilities. Not sure if I should just leave it alone since it is a so called "collectors edition". I love those RSD wheels and want them so badly. Its nice to actually see them on a bike.
There is ONE thing....just one thing that woulda completed this build (imo), is to have the Harley badge/emblem/decal in Red. Being red would have made it blend just (to me) that one extra touch. Though it would have been a bitch to do if done right. Other than that, you now have a custom Bob with virtually plug and play mods with minimal cost. This is the epitome of perfect marketing for J&P, and goes to show anyone can mod his or her ride (metric, Harley or full custom) with their (J&P) accessories, etc... Hell, J&P even have the perfect spokesman right there. Oh, and dude, sell me that bike :)
You really need to hear them for yourself. They are deep and the sound reflects off of the ground which makes it sound mean. It is a good exhaust, but will not make the torque or HP of a good 2 into 1.
thank you i'm not looking for hp. i like the way it looks on the bike. i have a 2016 dyna and i'm take some of your tips for my dnya. the seat and the pipes are on my list to get this mo.
I would like to put those Arlen Ness turn signals on my 2014 FXD Street Bob but I have a question....The original lights are running lights, stop lights and turn signals in one, are these Ness ones a direct replacement and have the same function?
LedSled 858 it's a 3 wire light but harley stock for these setups are 4 wire. To get it to work as run-turn-brake all at the same time you will need the Namz Module light intensifier so you can couple two functions to one of those single wire.
1) The RSD wheels come basically ready to slap the periphery rotors and what not on, and slap them on the bike, correct? 2) With those RSD wheels, what are the tire dimensions you have to go with? or is it all working around stock sizes? Thanks in advance.
+Morgan Whitman The wheels are ready to bolt rotors and pulley to. This bike used a stock size set up. If you decide to go with aftermarket wheels, just be sure to ensure to use our fitment guide to ensure you end up with the correct wheel for your ride.
Good to know! I was just making sure whether or not I need to get a set if different sized tires or if I can use the tires I have on my current spoked (gross) rims. But it sounds like i'll be able to purchase, plug and play. Thanks for the info guys! Expect a purchase in the near to mid-term... Gotta get the wallet to agree to the price and all.
if you go with these bars in the 12" version, I would use one of the Burly kits. www.jpcycles.com/search/search?Ntt=burly+12%22+cable+kit&N=28012733&Ntk=All
I was considering the same wheel/tire combination. The price on the tires is so good I'm skeptical. Have you had any problems? What kind of mileage have you put on them?
Nah you'd be right . Im 6'4 nearly 6'5 & 110kg , rode my brothers street Bob with mid controls, wasn't too bad . Good for wheelies . Long rides I'd prefer my heritage with forward cotrols on it , mind you they're 4" over arlen ness as standard forwards didn't feel right with legs this long . But for a bar hopper mid's are fine .
+Mad Flavor Disciple a club style bar would be either tall T-bars or long (12"-14") risers with MX style bars. If you Google club style Dyna you will see many examples.

+Daniel Galli 2014 model, they stopped using plastic 8 years before this model was made all the way back in 2006. They now uses much longer lasting nylon tensioner shoe, not as much force on the tensioner, and a longer lasting chain that doesn't stretch as much. The new system won't even begin to be an issue till at least 50,000 miles., if you can afford a Harley, but not a basic set of wrenches and access to the internet, there's something wrong with your finances. It's only a problem with these models if you neglect to check them. It's no more a problem than an oil change, it's only a problem if you let it be.
Daniel Galli No, I'd check and replace it. Like any reasonable person. If you think that the cam chain tensioner is a problem you probably shouldn't own a bike because it means you'll treat it like shit and not maintain it.
The cam chain tensioner is a major flaw in the Harley Davidson twin cam engine. Nylon or plastic. I could own a Harley Davidson, but I choose not to. EVO maybe might be considered, but I'll stick with my second gen '13 Yamaha VMAX and my '06 Yamaha Stratoliner.... have a good day sir...
Daniel Galli Careful with that V-max, there are a couple, as you would say, "Major flaws" with that engine, like the valves. They need to be adjusted every 30,000 miles. Also there is a flaw in the oil system, making you have to change the oil every 4,000 miles. I should also mention, that the 2nd generation v-max, uses the same type of cam tensioner as the pre 2006 dyna.

Probably the best looking Street Bob I have ever seen. So simple and clean!!
You should see my 2022 Street Bob
Dude nailed it. Sweet bike.
The seat is pretty as hell. The front turn signals are dope too. Overall beautiful bike!

Finally a street bike without a Saddlemen or Lucky Dave saddle! LePera! Nice seat. Been on LePera seats for years.

Sweet dyna ....looks great ! Hats off to you guy's . 🤘
awesome bike loved all the lil details air bag system?!? dope...
That's exactly what im looking for.Very Nice
Great Looking Bike!!! You Guys are Amazing!!!
Great looking bike, nice job!
collecting some money for sportster but damn, street bob seems so much better and comfy
Looks good. The legend air suspension looks the part and would give better clearance for corners as well. Great vid.
Where is the tank and pump for the air suspension?
i like the supper radius exhaust not too many people run those. how do the sound and compare to 2 into 1 exhaust
You really need to hear them for yourself. They are deep and the sound reflects off of the ground which makes it sound mean. It is a good exhaust, but will not make the torque or HP of a good 2 into 1.

Man... can only dream of riding this
Nice, love the dirt bike foot pegs.
Love your reviews!
Which are those cables again?
tasty, nicely done hopefully get there with mine one day haha!
black and chrome, boy that will stand out .
hi there love the bike thans, whats the crash helmet your wearing there ?
OMG THIS BIKE LOOKS SO DAMN SEXY
super sweet ride.
a lil more info as to placement on the compressor for the air ride.
still upside down on what bike to get......
Great look and video!!!
Personally I would've gone with the black vance and hines straight shots but that's just me. Other then that this bike looks great I love the dynas
Beautiful bike!
Really like what you guys did! Curious about what tire you wrapped around that 18" rear wheel....
is this a good motorcycle to start off with
I always suggest for people to start of with something lighter, but many people buy a Dyna for their first bike.
beautiful bike...how much would this send me back?
Great job!
I would like to put those Arlen Ness turn signals on my 2014 FXD Street Bob but I have a question....The original lights are running lights, stop lights and turn signals in one, are these Ness ones a direct replacement and have the same function?
Can you let me know what you used for a license plate frame on the side? Can't use shock mount because of the air-ride binding....
Amazing bike
Got the exact same coke bottle grips on my harley forty eight
Do you need to change out cables on a 12" bar?
would depend on the make/model/year of the bike and what handlebars it came with and how much of a taller bar you were changing to.
That is beautiful. What I wouldn't give to get my ass in that seat! Matches the lining of my 'Bell 500' helmet too.
I want one! ✌🏼️😎
Can you have the foot pegs at the front of the bike instead of in the middle?
Yes
Can you also have the brake leaver and gear shifter at the front aswel?
Yes. It's called forward controls. www.jpcycles.com/product/540-028
ahh, thank you very much :)
Are you able to remove the oil dipstick? I just installed the Super radius and i can't get the oil dipstick / plug out.
smokin hot gorgeous bike !
what kind of tires you got on?and is that a 19x2.15 or a 19x3.5 front wheel...great dyna!
How difficult is it to install the Arlen Ness rear turn signals? Will I still be able to leave my stock license plate bracket next to the turn signal?
It is a pretty simple installation and will work with most stock side mount tag brackets.
Do I need anything special to install the rear LED signals like a load equalizer?
Depending on what bike you have, yes you will.
LedSled 858 it's a 3 wire light but harley stock for these setups are 4 wire. To get it to work as run-turn-brake all at the same time you will need the Namz Module light intensifier so you can couple two functions to one of those single wire.

What a bike
Looks amazing!
Awesome looking bike! Curious what tires you used?
Epic bike.
What helmet is that?? Cheers
Wheredo i get a fender like that for a 2000 dyna wide glide?
+Philip Hogan - Arlen Ness
if i buy this handelbar so what cable kit is good for it ??
if you go with these bars in the 12" version, I would use one of the Burly kits. www.jpcycles.com/search/search?Ntt=burly+12%22+cable+kit&N=28012733&Ntk=All
thx a lot , i bought this bars for my wide glide 2011, i tihnk it will look great
Really nice work on the bike! What turn signal mounts did you use for the front turn signals?
the signals come with the bracket www.jpcycles.com/product/306-960/arlen-ness-xenolen-black-cobra-led-turn-signals
thanks for the quick response. Last question: did you have to install a load equalizer for the LEDs to work properly?
For these I did not but honestly every bike kind of responds differently. Some blink really fast, some don't work at all and some are fine.
-Patrick
thanks brotha
Love the bar. Looks goof
Did you have to extend of get longer wires and cables to install the club style bars?
+SuperTroutwhisperer I was informed that it didn't
Thanks Patrick
+J&P Cycles :)
I was considering the same wheel/tire combination. The price on the tires is so good I'm skeptical. Have you had any problems? What kind of mileage have you put on them?
12 inch bars are great for guys that are 7 ft tall
Did you have to extend any of the cables?
I used the stock cables. The Street Bob came with a set of "mini apes" on it so the cables were plenty long.
that's a good looking streetbob, you gonna have that at the Laughlin River Run this next year?
Am I to big for this bike? I'm 6ft 240
Colty Colt this is my question too, im 6"4 and 300lbs.
+Colty Colt No. I am 6"2, but you want to get forward controls right away. Stock are a pain full angle for long legs.
No forward controls needed, but could be nice to have hi-way pegs instead (in addition to mid pegs)
I'm 6'6" 285 and i ride a 2016 FXDB and i have that same LePera seat, forward controls are a must and i fit just fine even with stock bars.
How tall is this rider?
Dope video
Cool boots
what helmet is that?
What is a "club style bar"?
+Mad Flavor Disciple a club style bar would be either tall T-bars or long (12"-14") risers with MX style bars. If you Google club style Dyna you will see many examples.
J&P Cycles Thank you J&P Cycles, I have been riding Harleys for 20 years and I have never heard that term.
I wouldn't mind having the exhaust.
Hi do you ship to uk
Yes we do.
great job

+J&P Cycles Very Nice the Street Bob is my dream bike!
Very nice ... love it
Have fun with that plastic cam chain tensioner.

+Paradigm Storytime Ummm yea, and you'll just sell it before that 50,000 mile mark, leaving the problem for the next person...
Daniel Galli No, I'd check and replace it. Like any reasonable person. If you think that the cam chain tensioner is a problem you probably shouldn't own a bike because it means you'll treat it like shit and not maintain it.

Beautiful 👌👌 👌
its amazing, but i would have gone with curved bars and not the sharp bent ones
I'm with you, that's the one thing I wasn't 100% on..........Curved√
When he says, doesn't need to go heavy mods,
- just that suspension costs $2k 😅
awesome
very very nice..
Beautifull 😎
Only thing would look cool would b a bigger head lamp. Lil bulkier 2
Cool
Give this badass bike to me brother I'm a big fan of harely davidson street bob
Anyone seen victory Highball
🤤
Obviously
it's a dyna bro
Not a fan
No forward controls 🤢 🤮 and mag wheels!? Come on now
thats 10000 dollars worth of parts lol
Those handlebars are hideous
Looks so blah
Another bike made with "famous" aftermarket brand for poor result.
fred hay.....?......are you for real.....Damn thing's gorgeous, head to toe.
what seat is this?
