Cody you are really appreciated in this industry I’ve got a lot of information from you. I hope to continue to get more in the future. Thanks for being you.
Hey Coty, you're the most well-articulated guy on all of the P Wash channels, Your a wealth of knowledge not that a lot of other guys aren't I just feel like your demeanor and delivery is so well educated and clear makes for easy learning so thank you . I will eventually probably build my own trailer vs buying one from you guys only because I like doing things like that and I own multiple trailers which would make for great rigs but that being said probably 90% of the equipment will come from SESW.. oh and in all the videos Ive seen I love that your not pushing your product your like its here if you want it but of course theres other options that feels good not be pushed which makes me comfortable and makes me want to buy from you more!!
Thanks so much!
I disagree 😂
😂😂😂😂
The Batch Buster's simplified my process. Wasn't expecting that kind of impact.
Wealth of knowledge. Thank you.
Thanks for this video! Much needed!
I need video on how to plumb to a comit p40 pump and a 3way bi pass.
Did you find one?
Hey thanks for your great videos. Question. Can I use 1/2 hose on surfactant line or does it have to be 1/4 line.
I sure am looking forward to getting the set up I ordered! And really looking forward to next season, Lord willing. And looking forward to Washcon! Good stuff!
Yessir!
I think your manifold should ship out tomorrow or Wednesday
@@southeastsoftwash4020 that's great! I am out a season till March going on April but excited to get the stuff and start figuring out how and where to plumb and mount. Thank you!
I have 1/2 hose to my pump and 5/8 hose discharge to my gun? Is that fine? Or should I change it all to 5/8?
My surfactant valve is leaking what is the best way to tighten just that
I totally get your order for the water soap and sh. my super mini skid came in reverse order. How do you loosen the lines to reverse them???
Will this setup work on a gas powered power washer or do you need an electric 12v motor?
You know went you got smartbend for the new ones
1st of the year
Hey have you tested the metering on these? It seems like it would throw your mixture off by having your bulkhead on the water tank on the bottom vs it pulling from the top of the sh tank. The water will have positive head pressure vs negative pressure on the sh tank
Does the union just go hand tight?
Would using the bigger hole on the metering block and bigger valves hurt the distance and pressure if your using the smaller 5.5gpm pump? Just trying to think ahead if I get a bigger pump and upgrade in the future. Wouldn’t want to have to buy a whole new metering set up. Thanks
Cody doing the LORDS work! thats wsup! Happy Holidays to you SIR!!
Y’all too!!!
Just curious of the max psi on the check valves?
Great info, Thanks !
You say this is for soft washing, what about for doing flat work? Can you use the same manifold?
Question. Can anything ever get caught up in the blend system from debris in the tank and block anything? Where it would need to be cleaned out ?
Awesome knowledge on the setup. What would be the cost on the cheapest set up?
how do you take it apart, is the sealant not permanent?
Awsome video great info
good stuff as always. Thanks.
Thanks Steve!
Where can I order or get those springs for the check valve?
I received my SESW blend manifold the other day and before I add to my soft wash system, should all the hoses going to SH/Soap/water tank be the same length? I heard someone say the pump draws better when they’re the same length.
It doesn’t have to be exactly the same length but just don’t have one line 2x longer than the other.
It’ll skew your draw rate
@@southeastsoftwash4020 ok thanks..I can’t wait to get it all set up👍🏻
As to your last point about routinely disassembling and maintaining the manifold, any recommendations on removing dried or tacky Tru Blu? Haven't been able to find a solid solution to that yet.
Thanks buddy
What’s the purpose of the hole at the opposite end of the block ? Looks to have a plug in it
It’s a bypass if you are using a gas powered setup that has to constantly run
Do they offer a manifold that is 1/2 x 1/2 without having to tap?
would i have any problems using 5/8 hose for my plumbing instead of 1/2" with a 5.5 GPM pump?
It should be fine
Ridiculously expensive here in Australia
You do realize you live on the other side of the world right?
@@southeastsoftwash4020 yep sadly access is tough here and expensive for equipment moreso parts
Sorry to miss you next time
Cody, do you sell just the aluminum skid? I already have all my equipment that I mounted on steel skid I built, but I want aluminum to save on weight. Thanks
We are working on that
@@southeastsoftwash4020 awesome, thanks
grainger makes them a couple other places . . . they're not spensive . . .same with some of these things they market as theirs . . . grainger and johnson don't be fooled
would you recommend the pentair metering valve for a manifold ?
Lord No lol
@Southeast Softwash lol okay brother i appreciate the advice .. also what brand is the blue tip you use for your 12v system ?
I built a soft wash blending manifold using 1/2" Pentair chlorine valves almost 5 yrs ago. Works fine. Still using it today. I will say when it finally fails I will build a set up like Cody sells. Much more robust. I also run a Delvan 7GPM 12volt pump on mine.
How much for an empty truck skid??
We don’t sell just the skid frame
Powerwash.com sells a frame you can build off of
늘 잘보고 있네요. 근데 종종 자막 기능이 업네요 전세계 인들이 보고 있다는걸 알고 자막 기능에 신경써 주세요. 말도 너무 빠르다는것도..
If you want you could have a bucket or small tank or water to drop your sh drop stick in to flush.
Yeah, you can do that. We have just found that it’s really not necessary.
Dang buddy doesn't even bolt that pump down ...just rubber grommets on bolts?
Yep. Built a couple thousand rigs this way.
Makes for tool-less swap outs.
Shuuiii
Way overpriced but nice
Too poor
