I like how how there is mini Korea series in the backround with all their wars and map changes. You should just do both. One information board for Korea on the left and another for Japan on the right😂
Keno and Kibi were like the Tozama daimyo of the Edo period, who had a certain degree of independence but were subordinate to the central (Yamato) government. It's a great video, but it's a mistake to show these countries as if they were independent countries.
The Balhae were of mixed Goguryeo and Mohe descent (though it's not clear whether they were assimilated together or remained separate). They were assimilated into the Korean, Khitan, and Jurchen populations. The Emishi Ezo were descended from the Jomon but had some Yayoi/Japonic elements, and some Emishi might have spoken a Japonic language. They were assimilated into the Japanese (Yamato) people. The Ainu Ezo were created from the fusion of the Jomon and Okhotsk cultures and remain in Hokkaido today.
There is no way Japanese was just there as part of Ainu/Emishi lineage, as their racial DNA was the same as Korea and china. Jinmu definitely kept hidden his most important information in order to separate his ancestry with Qin China
Nothing proves that they were of Austronesian origin. Haya means falcon and Kuma means bear, none of which are animals worshipped by Austronesians, but instead they are worshipped by various Northern Asian peoples.
Around the 5th century, a Japanese colony called Mimana(任那) existed in the southern part of the Korean peninsula. It is mentioned in the Nihon Shoki and on Chinese stone monuments, so it probably existed.
That claim has long been ruled false and groundless by Chinese and Korean historians Japan controlled the southern part of the Korean Peninsula at that time, as it is now, Ghana in Africa colonized the Welsh part of the United Kingdom As such, the difference between Korea and Japan at that time was very large
It would be better if you show not only Tennō but also Sesshō & Kampaku (摂政・関白), and Cloistered rule (院政).

If there was a voiceover for the video and they told a story against the backdrop of this map, it would be cool.

I'm curious about what ethnic groups Balhae and Ezo were and what happened to them.

It is clear that there is a level of Jomon genes in the modern Japanese that cannot be ignored
Were the Hayato and Kumaso of Kyushu of Austronesian origin?
