Bodyglide review | Best anti chafing stick for thru-hiking

- This stuff is insane, if you've never used Bodyglide anti chafing stick for thru-hiking, backpacking or any kind of extended periods of exercise then you're in for a treat. It's perfect for long distance backpackers who need to have that extra comfort, I used it on countless hikes in Wales, Scotland, the Rota Vicentina and the Pacific Crest trail and honestly I'll never do a thru-hike without it again. It's perfect for hiking, cycling and running and works really well in those hard to reach areas as well as your thighs, feet, face, and anywhere else you like.
The downside is it's almost twice the price for the same Bodyglide stick here in the UK, but I still enjoy using it and thought I'd make this review to show you my thoughts.
BTW, I MADE THIS INCREDIBLE BIT OF GEAR

Ive used them all. Decathlon anti-chaffing cream stick is the best. Coupled with the fact its the cheapest its a win/win.
I just use vaseline. Seems to do the job just fine. Its cheap, multi-purpose and you can get it everywhere.
Be lost without mine now. You’ve actually reminded me to get some more I only got a really tiny 20g one.
Is there any product similar to this that is made for clubbed seal fat?
It’s bloody magical stuff! It’s amazing
Slip and slide oooooo yeah lube it up!!! Your definitely bringing the knowledge from global travel to body glide applications cool AF!! Fair shout Geeza 👍
Hahaha always bro! A slippy trail is always better than a chafy trail. A soggy whopper is always better than a... not so soggy whopper...
@@thetrailhunter4469 🤣😂🤣 love a soggy moist whopper!!! Peace bro

Gold Bond sticks have the advantage of being cheaper and available in pharmacies and supermarkets throughout North America. They also do a spray talc version when you don't need the glide but do want to feel clean & dry.
Amazing video as usual pleasure to watch thanks a lot!
Hi Russ. Helpful video along with the Carmex one. Thanks. Do you apply anything to your toes and feet to keep them happy? It would seem that body glide could be useful there as well.
Hi Jeff! Thanks very much. Glad you found them useful. I actually don’t to be honest. My feet are pretty tough these days, but it would do wonders, or a foot wax I’ve heard is really good.
Body glide do a foot version called Foot glide. But for those in the know use 2Toms Blister Shield for their feet. But its not a cream its powder.
Another excellent product review! Keep it up
