I laughed when I saw the travel bag. I am in my mid 70s and travel solo. I cannot tell you how many cross body bags and bum bags I have purchased in the hope that I will find perfection. I will definitely get the fan. 🎉🎉🎉 Recently I bought a Bento Bag from Nomad Lane. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will perform as advertised
I have a set of the wristbands for washing your face and I love them. Mine are Hello Kitty themed. Lol. So cute and practical. I also have a soft headband to keep my hair back. Easier to travel with. My iPad and phone cases have kickstands for travel. That is another great gift idea if you know what kind of phone or iPad someone has. If the airplane has one of those upper pockets near the headrest you can use the kickstand and slide it down in the pocket and use your iPad hands free. Great for someone like me that prefers a larger screen.
I am giving the double sided glasses cases for stocking stuffers this year. And, by the way, you can get a lot of these items at the Dollar Tree. My "wrist guard"/hair ties were $1.25 for 2. They also have travel make up brushes and bags right now.
Aullie on guard ~ Good boy ! Vinnie has a birthday coming up, so I'm thinking he needs the card sleeve in a masculine color. Great ideas as usual. And an early Merry Christmas 🌴🌲
Thank you for always sharing valuable info❤️The hubs and I are leaving for Avalon Christmas Market river cruise the day after Thanksgiving! So excited🎉
Great ideas for gift sets! Could you link the travel steamer or provide the brand and model? I'm looking for a travel steamer, but I'm wanting to be sure it is dual voltage. Thanks and hope to see a Black Friday video from you.
Hi, this one is not dual voltage. I have not been able to find one yet, but I just realized I never put links in the first comment organized by the sets: amzn.to/4hWu3oG There is also a description box paragraph below every video just for future reference when I forget to add them again lol.
I will still use them, but I really am needing more space for daily. Two weeks ago I was still carrying them as my daily crossbody bag. Love the striped pattern too.
I love Quince! Try their Scuba Single Breasted Blazer and the separate insert! You will love it! Also, want to check out an affordable suitcase (so much like my monos) is their carry on expandable - great price as is their Pointe pants. Glad you modeled the cotton/cashmere as been thinking about it
@TravelTipsbyLaurie yes understand the suitcase pain! At some point I give to Foster kids or women's shelter. Their Pointe pants are so comfortable and you can choose inseam too. They have the best customer service making exchange for any reason painless. Like you I do reviews on my FB travel page just for fun! What I like about suitcase is the compression bar which makes packing "more" so much easier!
Question on your pink wallet that you usually travel with. What do you do with the coins? Do you have a coin purse? Bottom of your purse? Love your videos!
Laurie… I’ve just started watching your videos and I think they are interesting and helpful. Also I love the picture of you and your family with your son covering his face😅! I have flown to Japan about 20x with my daughter at first for years in economy but more recently in business class (long story.) We feel it is best to take the smaller suitcase because it is a pain lugging a suitcase on trains and fitting them in lockers. I do have a question which we’ve always had to deal with - what do you do about things you purchase on trips? In Japan for us it is about the food and packages can get cumbersome. Sometimes we bring along a soft bag and check it. Other times we fill a bag and stow it in the overhead. But if we buy on our journey we may not be able to fit it inside our small luggage. Do you have any ideas, or can you point me to one of your videos that talks about this? Thanks. 😊
Great video, Travel Tips by Laurie. Looking forward to seeing your next upload. I hit that thumbs up symbol on your post. Keep up the wonderful work! Your suggestions for travel essentials are super helpful. Have you considered any eco-friendly options for these gift sets?
Hello Laurie, Thank you for your informative videos. I leave for some Christmas markets in 2 weeks. Your videos have helped me with packing. Question… would you recommend taking a small container for water? Thank you.
Hi Pauline! That sounds beautiful. I did not need it since we were only at the markets for a couple of hours. But if taking a train, it's nice to have some water for the trip back. Have fun!
What cute Christmas ideas! I follow more than a few links. You mentioned your favorite travel umbrella in Gift Set 12. Can you please post the link? I bought the jacket before my last trip and I love it.
Hi Laurie, I have seen you refer to the Ecco waterproof bootie sneakers. I just bought a pair but am finding them a bit tight and pinching my heel area. I wear an 8 but bought the 8-8.5. Now I’ve bought the 9-9.5 but they are just a little too big. Did you find this problem also? Do you have other suggestions of bootie sneakers? Thanks Gail
@@TravelTipsbyLaurie That tray table organizer is a game changer, and if you organize it ahead of time when you're packing your bag, it makes getting on the plane so, so quick and easy! I'd add a flight hygiene kit to the gift - good mask, individually packaged wipes for the arm/head rest, little roll of pet waste bags for garbage, individually packaged disposable gloves, and hand wipes/sanitizer for meal time. Maybe also one of those facecloth sized compact travel towels and a clip to clip it to your shirt as a bib for eating on the flight.
Just tried to order that lovely sweater through quince. Very unfortunately they only deliver to the US. Disappointing that they don’t deliver to me in Australia.
I put some of these on my list, purchased some outright and gave me good ideas for others. I will say the links for several of the items do not work though
Hello Laurie! Thank you for your tips. Are you aware that a pen can be used to break open a plastic zipper on a bag by a thief? A zipper clip wouldn’t prevent that.
What straps? You briefly mention the straps; but, don’t actually tell us about the straps. (Or refer to Where you talk about them, unless I completely missed the reference.) I am interested, just really confused; because, I don’t know what these straps are.
Spending $20,000 on a tote bag is the obvious choice, rather than spending $200 on a kislux bag and investing the remaining $19,800 since a $20,000 bag is unlikely to increase in value.

Great tips! The heck with gifts, I'm going to get a few of these sets for myself! Thanks as always.
You bet! Hope you're doing well Judy!
I use hair scrunchies on my wrists to keep dry; they dry faster, work well, are smaller and less expensive. Your videos are wonderful.
Love that hack too!

I am in Zurich & packed the tiny cleaning squares in the same little pouch you recommended years ago. Flying home to Fargo ND tomorrow.
Hi hope your flight home went well!
Thanks for info on Quince! I’ve been on the fence to order. ❤

Best thing i ever bought based on your recommendation, is those cheap $20 cross body amazon purses!

Thanks for the new video!

Hi, in the anti-theft purse I use that bottom outer pocket for euros, but really I do not get coins often when I travel.

What kind of water bottle do you recommend for a European tour, that is small enough to carry in whatever purse you are using for the day?
