    I love making grilled salsa too. The only thing I do different is I grill 3 cloves of garlic, and add another 2 that aren't grilled. Did I say I like garlic. No seriously give it a try next time, It gives you both the heat and flavor from the raw garlic, and the sweet and flavor from the grilled garlic. The beer marinade will see my grill next time I do this. Great video.

    nice video. That's a lot of stuff going on. I'd have to add about 2 hours for washing/cleanup, but it does look really good.

    I really love the Weber black peppercorn marinade. I have to order it online I can't seem to find it anywhere. It's super good my family really enjoys it. Does Weber make it anymore?

    Long time from start to eating. Would need a margarita, and a an appetizer to wait that long.

      Ken Tyler well, you could microwave some chef boyardee. Hell, Cap’n’ crunch is ready in 30 seconds. Guess you don’t enjoy cooking
