Friends, we have recently moved to an apartment from a villa and spent a month to furnish this unfurnished 4 bhk apartment. Finally I am free to make a video. The house has a minimalist decor and the housing complex has a lot of amenities. Enjoy

True but many south Indians already know China is more advanced with some restrictions. North Indians still think China as seller of cheap goods only. Many north east Indians get discriminated with weird names too like chinku etc in North India. Grow up north India with improved literacy. Western India of Maharashtra n Gujarat is fine.

@JT Yang That sofa ? It is the India way, now introduced to China ! In India the housewifes keep the house very clean, so they will put a cloth to cover the sofas so that the fabric does not get dirty for a long time ! :)

That was a super nice and well worth the long wait house tour.
Loved the clean/well maintained communal areas outside. The time and effort you put into the apartment is clear to see. The layout looks great and the double balcony on each side is a great feature with awesome views too.
Oh, and now we know Ruchi is an accomplished painter! :D
Accomplished? Although I enjoy painting for a while , i get bored and distracted. I ha e to push myself to finish one. And yeah although it looks simple, the house was completely unfurnished. We bought everything from the chimney to water purifier, cut the kitchen stove top to fit our new stove, ovens, dining table, all made by us. Really draining.

Ruchi I am Indian living in US and I visit Shenzhen regularly and really like china. It is great to see another Indian sharing great videos about china. Next time I am in Shenzhen I will try to contact you we should meet up and share stories. I really enjoy your videos and I love Guangdong area and been to Guangzhou also. Hopefully things are sorted out soon and travel can resume again. Please do share unique things about china like WeChat pay, ktv culture, amazing high speed trains, fact that most public transit is all electric etc. So many people no nothing about how great china is and how advanced it is particularly indians. It will be eye opening for them to see. Great job and I will continue to support your channel
I agree that Indian people are generally in dark about China. I think I was too in past. China is always shown in a dystopian light, no matter what happens here. I have plans to make variety of videos but with a lot of housework and a kid, there is hardly anytime to go out and make a video. Right now I shoot on my iphone which is not the best thing. Always running out of cloud space and battery. It looks easy but the editing takes at least a day. Just wait.

Only thing I would suggest is nail the TV on the wall. Since you are making the whole house kid friendly. One of my friend lost her daughter when the TV fell on her .

real estate in Guangzhou is still affordable, in Shenzhen it's gone crazy.
imagine in the next few years when 大湾区become more into shape,
lovely apartment sis. from past experience in Shenzhen, I'd suggest a rattler-drying machine. since you have a kid, who messes up the cloth several times a day. A drying machine is life saver, especially in rain season in Guangzhou, sometime between march and april, when the wall is literally dripping water.
Yes we used it in our Shenzhen hotel. It was great!
A suggestion ,if you like,please remove toys from below the TV stand , T.V can fall down on him and can cause damage .Please be safe.
You have to learn chinese language with the help of Odin .It makes you easier to communicate with china' s people. Chinese people got impressed.

I am living and study in Guangzhou (中山大学) 1978-1982, it is so difference now. really can feel the change and improvement. Back to my days there. It is unimageable, one day, a nice India lady show us her wonderful life in Guangzhou. Just amazing.

I spent 6 years in Guangzhou . I. Miss that place a lot. My college memories.. Guangzhou I just miss that place a lot.. I miss few places of Guangzhou like xiobei, Beijing lu, taojin, tianhe, foshan, regal court, pearl river, canton tower etc etc... I just miss that place a lot..... Hopefully I can go back soon..... Where do u stay in Guangzhou bdw?

I’m from northeast India(Arunachal Pradesh) I ve lot of friends from China and trust me they’re very genius and humble people,also there place is way too developed than India.Our national media should stop showing them uncivilise and cruel and focus on real issue
@Ramesh Sharma Have you ever thought that China and Chinese felt the same way as you do but on the opposite side? They feel that India kept on attacking China and occupying their land illegally. It is useless to think about geopolitic this way. Find the cause of the problem and solve it without emotional input. Think about who will benefit most from these conflict and why. You and I are normal citizens and we are constantly manipulated by media from all sides. Best to stay away from geopolitics if your only source of information is your own country's media or any one sided media. Getting involved in geopolitics does not make the everyday people rich or have a better life. Let the politician throw mud at each other while the citizens focus on improving their lives. You don't have the power to change China or your own country, but you have the power to make your life better.
