@kingbeyyy Delta Sigma Theta does have chapters in England, Japan, Germany, the Virgin Islands, Bermuda, the Bahamas, Jamaica and of course the United States. I believe they are at military bases, but you can research that further at deltasigmatheta.org. Hope that helped.

The reason why we have these organizations, because after slavery black americans could not join social and campus organizations, so we created our own schools, fraternities, sororities, etc.
