To those saying "oh K Michelle can act a fool but those other girls can't, ya'll have to realize K. Michelle didn't come on Love and Hip Hop stating she was a Delta. She came on as K. Michelle, love her or hate her. She was representing herself. These women came on stating what org they were from and now they are a representation of their whole Organization. There is a difference.
***** Technically that's not correct and K. Michelle is incorrect by saying "I am A DELTA"....NO, she pledge Delta, but like All Frat and Sororities, if you're not paying Dues in a grad chapter, going to meetings, and community service(post grad). You are not a member just a past pledge and that's are totally different! So when K. Michelle (who I'm not a fan of) Acts crazy, she is not representing DST because she is no longer a member until she is active in someone's chapter AGAIN!
***** LOL, I was referring to BGLO...besides the charter rules for BGLO's are almost the same verbatim!!! No insult, I know you did not pledge (no offense), because brother and sister Greeks wouldn't have replied to my previous statement, with a comment like yours, trust me its something you're taught off grip! LOL, I feel like the commercial "That's not how it works"....anyone can be uninvited to any conference, meeting, conclave...etc.
kweninc. I'm curious as to what you pledged because what you said is not true for my BGLO. You may not be financial but your still a Soror. You may not be active your still a Soror. The only way your not in the organization is if you get kicked out or denounce. I don't think you know what your talking about. Lol
Alicia M. LOL You didn't read my comments clearly!!!! I never used the term Soror !? I said "Delta" & "member" ...which both correlate to "ACTIVE"... she never used the word "pledge" which would have been the correct term for her. Especially during her time frame. Now "What I pledge", is for those who see things that are not seen, and can hear things unheard! If you have enough time, we can talk about it as long as it takes to cross the Sahara....! :)
This is why I love K. Michelle. She is real! She can admit her faults BUT she also has the good common sense God gave her and RESPECT for what she represents! Yes Soror!!!!!!
As a fellow Greek Member, I disagree with part of K.Michelle's statement. You are ALWAYS wearing your Letters no matter if they are visible or not. I do agree that the ladies should've not participate in a show representing their respective organizations. I don't support the show and I was happy to hear that the show was cancelled. as far as the five deltas getting expelled, I agree with that decision because at the end of the day, membership is a privilege, not a right. All Greeks whether fraternity or sorority and/or different councils should know that you are always wearing your letters and when you participate in something that you did not get permission from your national headquarters, there are consequences. It's not worth loosing your letters so think twice before doing something that may get you remove from membership.
I hate that these people wanna take pride in being apart of a sorority BEFORE taking pride as a black woman and decide that THIS show needs to be banned. That baffles me.
Wow and you go at your AFRICAN sister because she speaks out on your white man created organizations? Really? Do you know who Dr. Minton is? look up your history, What about the true MASONS before they were BLACK? Anisha, apologies my sister.
As a woman of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. it hurt my soul just watching the trailer. I couldn't even bare watching the show. I see myself as a role model and will be in the teaching credential program next year. I will forever have to spend my life defending my sorority and my contributions because of Vh1, Mona Scott, these mediocre women, and anyone else who can't see the bigger picture
I never said that I value being in a sorority more then I value being a black woman. First off I came from a broken background, with holes in my shoes prior to entering college. The things that my sorority has taught me will always be apart of me period. That has nothing to do with me not upholding the value of being a black woman first and foremost. As Im only a few semesters away from receiving teaching credentials, I take my role model position serious. So whether it be other sorors being crazy, or reality women in general, I find it all pathetic and don't support any of it. So don't assume you know my position or anything relative to this whole ordeal for that manner. The girls you see on tv are nothing more then "divas" but they don't have anything to do with how many others carry themselves. And whether its sorority sisters or other reality its all trash period.
I agree with both ladies. But the image that K. Michelle portrays contradicts her statement. Whether the letters are on your back or not, you still represent the organization. You get on tv acting a plum fool every week. Maybe you see yourself in those women. But like I said, I do agree that the show is unnecessary.
Yeah I have... Not that old it's just honestly the whole mentality of so called women now days. Twerking, really shouldn't be acceptable. Definitely not for college educated women who should be promoting the mind and not just the body as so many do
She is a contradiction. We know K. Michelle for two things, music and being ratchet. That's no disrespect her because I love it. However, she represents the Delta organization. How can she criticize these sorority sisters for doing the same thing that she has been doing on reality tv for the last few years. As I said, I agree with everything that K. Michelle stated. But in a wayse is being a hyhypocrite.
I think she is right. The show is based on the fact that they are soros and suppose on be represent each house. So she is right, she went on Lhhp as herself but not as Delta K Michelle, sad.

My FIRST problem with anyone that thinks like that. . .you are saying that it's okay for a sorority member to act out in public as long as she doesn't have her letters showing. . .and even worse (as a member of an organization that promotes SISTERHOOD, UPLIFT, SCHOLARSHIP, and COMMUNITY SERVICE) you shouldn't EVER be okay with ANY activities that put the BLACK COMMUNITY in a negative light. There shouldn't be a time where public rachetness is okay. Entertainment of the downfall of the Black society shouldn't be seen as such. Once again, the double-standards have got to stop.
Now it's a big deal because they use the name sorority sisters it's a problem. It should be a problem with all the reality shows that have women acting a fool. Boycott all of that mess, sororities aren't special or better.
@@antrianewsome2463 That’s pretty awesome that you knew her in college . Do you know if her son’s father married a Delta from Famu or another college ?
I think you guys missed the point, yes k Michelle acts a fool and what not, but as stated in a previous comment k Michelle signed up to be on love hip hop atl/ny not sororitysisters. We would not have even known she was a delta or pledge if she haven't spoke on it. Those females actually signed up for a show called "Sorority Sisters."
I agree! Ignorant fools are the only ones having trouble understanding this. LAHH and K. Michelle's show "My Life" aren't representations of any race or everyone that's in LOVE and/or involved with Hip-Hop. It featured INDIVIDUALS who represented themselves! The women who signed to do "Sorority Sisters" are representing their sororities and the show represents the entire Greek organization. Everything they do on that show will determine the way people view those sororities and that organization. K. Michelle is absolutely right.
They don't get it. Mona Scott should have never named the show Sorority Sisters if that wasn't the main thing there representing. I honestly feel mislead just a another reality show full of drama
At the beginning she said... "you and i are sorority sisters." then came back and said I am a member of zeta phi beta sorority, inc. K. Michelle like "I am a Delta" two different orgs. lol
Also, no one is denying that there is drama in these sororities. My sister is a Delta and I know that there is crap that occurs when you bring together a group of individuals to carry out a mission. But that happens in every organization whether its your Job, church, your own blood family, etc. This is a sisterhood meaning its a family. Just like you wouldn't want your sibling going on national TRASH television (because that all the VH1 platform is) telling people that your mom had all her kids from different dudes, these sorority women don't like the idea of having these unselected few women going on trash "REALITY" television airing their family's dirty laundry. It is tacky and I hope their memberships are taken away. They do not deserve to be apart of that sisterhood because they obviously don't respect the sanctity of it.
The last part through me off. "It's a wrong message for young girls who wanna be in a sorority". So you'd rather them watch Love and Hip-Hop?? Love and Hip-Hop is the WRONG message for young girls who wanna make it in the music industry... Like come on; The double standard in this whole situation is bothersome.
So, it's ok to represent Black women on Love and Hip Hop in a certain light, it's ok? It's appropriate? You don't think these ratchet show are bad for the black community? that's funny! Boycott LHH and all those other shows that make black people look like fools!
I feel what the two women are saying. And just to add, we have to be cognizant of how we portray ourselves no matter what the title of the show is. And we represent our beliefs no matter where we are, or if we are in that setting or not. Wherever you are, you should represent excellence, intelligence, modesty, self-respect, etc., if those are your beliefs. You are far able to reach people more once they see you are consistent with your belief message no matter the arena that you are in. We ( and everyone) are just intelligent, smart, innovative, trendsetters, creative God's children....and with ALL of that we ought to strive to do better and show our generations and generations to come better...honoring those whose shoulders we stand on. God's love and blessings to all!
Ugh, idk! I respect what K. Michelle said because some things should be left sacred. And when I watched the show, I was disgusted at the portrayal of the D9. That's not what it represents at all! Reality tv as a whole has NOT represented black women in the best light. All u see is us tearing each other down! It's just too much!
Tealove Lovely I totally agree, the sorors that I have met have been so respectable and classy. This show could've gone in a very different direction. Its shame they chose to highlight the ratcheness. There is so much to these organizations and this is what they put on tv
NAPPY LIFE in LA I grew up with Deltas kappas and AKA the party sene was indoors and undercover! You had to know someone who knew someone to get invited! Our black ancestors started these Black organizations for a purpose of black connections NOT Ratchetness and disrespecting being black and positive
That’s one thing that always annoyed me about Greeks, they are one way behind closed doors but wanna say what’s not ok and unladylike and their behavior is the worst. I couldn’t do all that fake stuff. Too much secrecy and hypocrisy.
Ratchet is ratchet - young girls are not only influenced by sorority girls but what they see on the reality shows that appeal to people's darker characters. Let's not be so hypocritical.
I'm not a soror but my daddy is a sigma and I have family that are in frats and sororities. I don't agree with any kind of show making black women or people looking a mess. Why did it take touching a sorority to say Oh No that's disrespectful to black women as a whole. When it misrepresents is as black women period. I don't watch love and hip hop or basketball wives because all they do is fight and degraded one another. You can't contradict yourself. Any show they put on national tv that degrades us as a whole is wrong.
The Sororities HAVE spoken out against the other rachetness....and this show was about to air earlier, and Sororities went hard.....but people did not put the remote down....and Scoot and VH1 could care less cause you like being slaves...boycott their sponsors...it's on..
My feelings are mixed on this. I come from a family full of Greeks and even though I agree with K. Michelle to an extent, we must consider the source. She doesn't act a fool while donning the Delta brand & she has refrained from using her Delta membership to promote her foolishness, but she's a member of Delta Sigma Theta 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I'm not Greek, so I try not keep my opinions to myself.........but I still have common sense......... and I would assume that one's sorority/fraternity isn't like a light bulb that you can turn on and off with the flip of a switch & only use at your convenience. You represent your organization in all that you do, so it's wise to carry yourself in manner that is becoming of Delta in every facet of your life. That's why it looks hypocritical coming from K. Michelle. Now, if this message was coming from a Delta like Sheryl Lee Ralph (someone who has always exuded class), it wouldn't be as hard for people to digest.
I'm sorry but this is bull. You don't like the fact that there's a show that negatively portrays a black greek sorority, in the name of "those that came before you", blah blah blah, but yet you can still have a show and act a fool while disgracing the legacy of hard-working, sacrificing black women of the past. I'm sure your ancestors are rolling in their graves K. Michelle by what you portray and represent on tv as a young, black woman. Throwing greek letters on it doesn't change the face of the game.
It actually does. K Michelle DID NOT go into Love and Hip Hop as "The Delta K. Michelle." Nobody knew K. Michelle was Delta up until recently where she was strolling. Like she stated, everybody is not perfect. You're going to have your bad apples in EVERY organization, however do not go on TV acting a fool but "oo-oooping" and "skee-weeing" while calling somebody a b*tch.
Jaquis Perez She did not have to have "The Delta" in front of her name to change the fact that she is contributing to the negative stereotype of young, black women with her personal behavior. I understand not wanting to taint the name of the greek brotherhood/sisterhood, but she really should not comment given her behavior in general that she portrays on national tv.
What sorority sisters did was show the different personalities in sororities. Not every sorority sister is classy as people perceive.. They fight in real life behind closed doors, I'm sure like real sisters. It's not always kum ba yah in sororities as they want to portray. These other reality shows that represent black people is what people fail to go against. These sorority leads must be worried their secrets are going to be exposed. K michelle still represents Delta without mentioning it, just like she represents black people without mentioning it. So her statements are irrelevant about this show!!!!!
I just find this interesting comments coming from K. Michelle. Everybody knows she is a Delta and she has not portrayed herself in the best of light on her reality shows. Just cause she doesn't have her letters on, there is a standard of behavior that she should hold herself to at all times. We all were taught that but I guess it goes out the window when Mona Scott puts that paycheck in your hand and tells you to act a fool. I just think her comments contradict her actions.
Though K.Michelle does not display her organization on tv she is a member and her behavior is no better than the girls on that show. Maybe she is a member of DST....Delta Sigma Thota!
IF YALL DONT STOP !!!!!! IF I RESPECT A SORORITY BEFOR I RESPECT MY SELF IM ALREADY OFF TO A BAD START IF YOUR REALLY ABOUT THE DELTA LIFE YOU WOULD ACT LIKE A LADY AT ALL TIMES
HOW can she address anyone who acts out when she is CLEARLY on a mission of making enemies in the industry? This interview makes absolutely negative zero sense. They should have gotten someone who represents class and no drama, cuz this chick isn't it.
I'm lost because I actually like the show, and I actually don't know one wholesome AKA, Delta, SgRho, or Zeta and I know plenty of Greeks. The reason most of the greeks of the D9 are boycotting is because they are actually embarrassed that this show is showing the truth of how they really act, in comparison to upholding the legacy of their founders. Most greek girls and guys I know, act just like the stereotypes that are held against each sorority or fraternity. Sorry, but greeks are predictable and only want the show gone to withhold their legacy, but 90% will continue to support other "ratchet" degrading shows like LHH or Housewives of Atlanta....SMH #byefelicia
SS sent the wrong message to young girls that might want to be in sororities, but K. Michelle doesn't send the wrong message to young black girls? Please have a seat. Thank you.
As an Alpha, I feel for all the ladies out there (AKAs, Deltas, Zetas, and SGRhos) who are being misrepresented by these individuals on this show. At least with School Daze and Stomp The Yard the fraternities were fictional.....
For many of the people commenting negatively on "Greeks"... yall have no clue. If you don't understand something just leave it at that. Its not necessary to make some of the negative opinionated comments. Read the history then tell me what "cult like group" Greeks are desperate to be a part of.
Anytime money is involved with black people it seems like their respect for themselves and others go out the window. If theirs a chance to make yourself look bad as a black women and your people some of yall will take it.
although I am NOT a part of the Dina and Greek organization I am also a part of a Greek fraternity and I feel that K Michelle and the interviewer did very well. Speaking of how people felt about it when you represent something that's bigger than yourself you should never go on national TV and disgrace it like they did
but she doesn't have a problem disgracing herself, hiphop culture, or black women? by and large all those shows are the same....to justify one through participation and criticize another is just stupid.
Promoting self, being ratchet as yourself, fighting as yourself is you doing you. Representing an organization and being ratchet is unacceptable. You should never speak and act on behalf of others.
I know she's not talking about how ratchet one looks representing the Black Greek organizations, when she HERSELF embarrassed the Deltas being on LHHATL. Chile go somewhere and sit down
She didn't embarrass me as Delta. She didn't go into VH1 alluding to the fact that she was greek at all. I later found that out through due diligence. These women are acting a fool on behalf of their respected org, which is not okay. If this show was displaying the many multitudes of the respected sorors life from personal issues, to community service endeavors, I think the show would have been received well. But it's just another show of women being catty.
Everyone is talking as if these women aren't human. K Michelle's actions have always been consistent because it's her personality. Y'all act like everyone apart of the Greek life is perfect and little angels and if they didn't act "ratchet" or have drama on the show then no one would watch it and say it's boring period. So really regardless on what ppl feel it's seems as if it's a lose either way.
VH1 could not put the show on if the soros did not participate. So, the Greeks should not be OUTRAGED at VH1. The GREEKS should be OUTRAGED at the soros participating in the show.
Oh man! You people are killing me. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY agree with K. Michelle. These women are on REALITY TV telling the world that this is life as a member of these BGLO. False. Their reality is not the reality of all of the sisters so what makes them think it is appropriate to be a representation of a century+ old organization that prides themselves on sanctity of their sisterhood? Yes, K. Michelle is a woman who may cause a scene here and there but it has NEVER been in the name of Delta. She is, first, an individual who makes individual decisions and she has respect enough for her organization to not go out in public doing these things while OO-OOPing and wearing DST on her chest just like I'm sure you Christians aren't twerking in the club with your bible in one hand and a drink in the other. They have attempted EXPLOIT their organizations for a dollar. Their stories are interesting enough to stand alone and create a highly rated show so they use this elite organization to do so. SAD. Again, this show is suppose to portray the REALITY of being a sorority sister in these organizations but they are misrepresenting it because it is IMPOSSIBLE to portray the reality of hundreds of thousands of women. They got no permission from nationals so it can be approved or denied. They were wrong and I am happy the show has been cancelled.
This is why I love K.Michelle. She is so real and honest with her opinion. As black women, we are always at the bottom of the totem pole and I didn't hear of this show until I got college fall of 2015. I thought the show was about the predominantly white sororities until I saw it was all black women. I'm in college now and as a young lady I don't want to see something that is supposed to uplift black women turned to complete garbage. Save the drama for you mama and keep the pettiness in your home. Black women we are so much more than fighting, and yelling and hollering.
I'm not apart of any Greek org but maybe just maybe the pledging system should go a little deeper into the character of a person first before they're able to be welcomed in that way you won't have these problems. These women including K obviously are they way they are in real life but yet they still were able to become apart of their orgs. From the outside looking in to me it seems the Greek Life is saying that it's ok to not be classy or carry yourself like a lady just don't do it for everybody to see because " we have a image to uphold ". Why not just weed these type of women out to begin with?
i' m watching this and thinking how is it that it seems like Sorority over everything. And here is my train of thought, should it not be we should not act the fool or show out on TV on just it makes black ppl look bad period. Or ppl who claim Christ and act the fool (pastors of LA) b/c it makes Christ look bad. Why is this line drawn at he sorority level? it's sounds like some hypocrisy to me
The name of the show is SORORITY SISTERS... so this is why everyone is upset.. The only reason why they was on the show was because they are in a Sorority .... So I can understand the backlash..
If K. Michelle didn't come out and say she's a Delta, I wouldn't have known. BIG difference when your repping your brand and doing crazy shh, and when you come in as yourself. So no I don't agree that it contradicts what she said.
I’m younger than everyone in these comments and I get what she’s saying like y’all made a whole show called sorority sisters and basically they wearing these letters on their chest but acting a fool kmichelle came on love and hip hop as kmichelle not delta sigma theta she went on for her music and things happen on tv but Mona Scott knew exactly what she was doing
Ok this is my view on the show and on K. Michelle. 1. That show is FUBAR, but I watched it cause I know it's not that serious. 2. I have a lot of close fam that are Frats and Sorors so I might not know the history to a tee, but trust me not everything is secert 3. I see it's mostly Sorors getting upset(Mainly Deltas) and believe it or not my brother who is an Alpha does not even clown that show. 4. For those who don't know the five DST's have been expelled from the Sorority, and the two AKA's are on suspension until June 2016. (You can see the Expulsion and Suspension on DSTinc and AKAinc websites) It's legit. 5. Now here my knock on K.Michelle Kim is no better then the women on SS. She acts a fool her damn self on the REALITY SHOW she's the star in. I don't care that she's a Delta. She no better than the women she say she has no respect for. The main reason why I'm not a fan of her is because she makes women from Memphis look like shit. I gives a damn about letters. One of my Delta cousins told me she was on just recently, and she was shocked herself when she found out.
To those saying "oh K Michelle can act a fool but those other girls can't, ya'll have to realize K. Michelle didn't come on Love and Hip Hop stating she was a Delta. She came on as K. k.michelle is right everything isn't for television.

you gotta respect K Michelle's honesty and integrity
and lack of morals

Very well-spoken, K. Michelle.
Now it's a big deal because they use the name sorority sisters it's a problem. It should be a problem with all the reality shows that have women acting a fool. Boycott all of that mess, sororities aren't special or better.
I would have never guessed K. Michelle was a Delta by the way she carries herself.
yescali293 She is not the Kim I knew back in college.
Why not the Deltas wild Chile...
I don't care. I'm not going to excuse bad behavior from a grown woman
At the beginning she said... "you and i are sorority sisters." then came back and said I am a member of zeta phi beta sorority, inc. K. Michelle like "I am a Delta" two different orgs. lol
there is a difference between sorors and sorority sisters. lol do the research.
Really? U won't have standards and decorum in the name of black people
BUT you'll have standards in the name of a Greek sorority? Irony much?
they don't get it... in love with contradictory concepts "white" Jesus Christ and their sacred Greek letters--some blacks
The backlash made me watch the show❕
I love how K. Michelle can admit to what she's been doing.
Agreed and this proves that if we want to we can end these ratchet shows
Jasmine Ceasar Exactly!! Even in her new show she spoke of being in a Sorority but didn't indicate which one!!
You can tell she PLEDGED. Cause this is exactly how I would have responded
Good message from both sisters
I did not know she was a Delta. Wow. I am surprised by here position. Glad about her position, but surprised.
Officiating Born she pledge at famu
Great interview !
Ugh, idk! I respect what K. Michelle said because some things should be left sacred. And when I watched the show, I was disgusted at the portrayal of the D9. That's not what it represents at all! Reality tv as a whole has NOT represented black women in the best light. All u see is us tearing each other down! It's just too much!
What year you pledge ladies?
Thank you Sistergreeks!!!
I'm not a soror but that show is garbage
I think it will bring a BAD light on the history of sororities and fraternities that date back to the early 1900's
Tealove Lovely
Yeah until you encounter the true side and realize who the soror's and frat's are under. Sorry but you have no idea who you pledged to in truth.
Is there ANYTHING in the Black Community that is Sacred anymore??
Well said K Michelle. I'm a Sigma and I agree 100%.
Let's not be so hypocritical.
very true and wise words! God bless!!!
so true yet it will be continued in being supported and also influence
I love k Michelle. She acts crazy but she's real. I think she's growing as a person. Wishing her nothing but the best!
The hypocrisy is unbelievable!
She still acted a fool on tv so that still ain’t any different considering people know she is a Delta.
Thank u Soror K Michelle and the sistergreek for speaking the truth.
*****
True Indeed...She said all of that with a straight face...
So are you fakin black or fakin greek? FYI you will never be Greek. All the weave and contacts will never make you one f THEM.
*****
You forgot educated, rich and successful. Bye hater. Good day!
So you talk about following the "rules" of your sorority, but when it comes to the Word of God, you have an excuse for why you do certain things???
shavon s AMEN ‼️You better tell it ‼️‼️‼️
You betta tell it!!
I just think her comments contradict her actions.
what kind of sunglasses is she wearing?
Though K.Michelle does not display her organization on tv she is a member and her behavior is no better than the girls on that show. Maybe she is a member of DST....Delta Sigma Thota!
Well said 👏👏👏
K. Michelle spoke the truth...how dare something that is so meaning be exposed in this manner.
IF YALL DONT STOP !!!!!! IF I RESPECT A SORORITY BEFOR I RESPECT MY SELF IM ALREADY OFF TO A BAD START IF YOUR REALLY ABOUT THE DELTA LIFE YOU WOULD ACT LIKE A LADY AT ALL TIMES
We are not perfect. We are all still growing
Its great that she spoke up about it.
Im happy that K Michelle speaks out and stands up for our black community!!
with her behavior??? how???
Now..... I just MIGHT have to buy her album now. MIGHT.......
TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE!! COMPLETELY AGREE!!
I had no idea she was a Delta.
VERY well said K.Michelle!
Why are people getting mad about k.michelle past behavior? She has grown as a person and learned to do better. I can respect that.
SS sent the wrong message to young girls that might want to be in sororities, but K. Michelle doesn't send the wrong message to young black girls? Please have a seat. Thank you.
very well stated k michelle
Right on!! She is 💯 percent correct.
And letters are MORE SACRED to protect than protecting your OWN character....hmm ok....
As an Alpha, I feel for all the ladies out there (AKAs, Deltas, Zetas, and SGRhos) who are being misrepresented by these individuals on this show. At least with School Daze and Stomp The Yard the fraternities were fictional.....
Yes I am a Greek and I was truly HURT by this I don't see the what a young girl suppose to get out of this, help me to understand
I didn't watch the show. I seen a clip of it to see the hype and I was like wow!
For many of the people commenting negatively on "Greeks"... yall have no clue. If you don't understand something just leave it at that. Its not necessary to make some of the negative opinionated comments. Read the history then tell me what "cult like group" Greeks are desperate to be a part of.
From one Zeta to the other...thank you!
Speaking of how people felt about it when you represent something that's bigger than yourself you should never go on national TV and disgrace it like they did
D9
but she doesn't have a problem disgracing herself, hiphop culture, or black women? by and large all those shows are the same....to justify one through participation and criticize another is just stupid.
Promoting self, being ratchet as yourself, fighting as yourself is you doing you. Representing an organization and being ratchet is unacceptable. You should never speak and act on behalf of others.
I get what she's saying.
I know she's not talking about how ratchet one looks representing the Black Greek organizations, when she HERSELF embarrassed the Deltas being on LHHATL. Chile go somewhere and sit down
she wasn't on love and hip hop representing delta she was on love and hip hop representing k.Michelle...
She represented a Delta woman no matter where she is
I don't indulge in belittling my follow sisters Greek or non Greek in any way shape or form. All Mona Scott shows represents ignorance
Society now is crazy, now being classy is not normal it's best to be loud, ratchet n etc what a crazy corrupted world we live in. Smh
Amen!!
Why is this line drawn at he sorority level? it's sounds like some hypocrisy to me
So let me this str8 you can represent black ppl any kind of way buy when it comes to greek organizations you must be on ya best behaivor.
What about sisters forgiving sisters? Is anyone perfect? Why not fine, censure, suspend. Why complain to the point someone is out of a job.
I haven't seen the show, I am not going look out the show. I love K. Michelle..
she is so on top of her game. This is all about money ...
Pledge what? Last pledge line was 1990!! Stop!!
The name of the show is SORORITY SISTERS... so this is why everyone is upset.. The only reason why they was on the show was because they are in a Sorority .... So I can understand the backlash..
I wonder how cheryl underwood feels about this show and how do the fraternities feel about it
I've never seen the show 🤔 but it sounds embarrassing. I'm a Zeta btw
Did you join before 1991?!
If K. Michelle didn't come out and say she's a Delta, I wouldn't have known. BIG difference when your repping your brand and doing crazy shh, and when you come in as yourself. So no I don't agree that it contradicts what she said.
Didn't all Black women come before us? So Greek Life is more important than Black/ African life? Wow.
I like what she had to say about the show.
Is she a #delta Deja (my cousin)
Ok this is my view on the show and on K. Michelle.
1. That show is FUBAR, but I watched it cause I know it's not that serious.
2. I have a lot of close fam that are Frats and Sorors so I might not know the history to a tee, but trust me not everything is secert
5. Now here my knock on K.Michelle
Kim is no better then the women on SS. She acts a fool her damn self on the REALITY SHOW she's the star in. I don't
care that she's a Delta. She no better than the women she say she has no respect for. The main reason why I'm not a fan of her is because she makes women from Memphis look like shit. I gives a damn about letters. One of my Delta cousins told me she was on just recently, and she was shocked herself when she found out.
I love all my greek sisters. Skeewee! Ban it!!!!
