If your gonna animate now my opinion that you should parent the other parts to the pair of that part like for example lower arm-upper arm i got this from aidah she literally of gacha animation 😭

One question how many folders do we have to use and while doing the body do we have to use a folder for the body?
The number of folders depends in the number of body parts(hair counts)
so let's say you have a base, that means the head would be in one layer. Other parts of the head like the hair, face will also be in their layers but make another layer for all the head parts(which is optional)
and yes, the body also needs a folder but if you want to keep it as one layer it's fine too, although i recommend you use a folder for the body as well, hope that helps! :)

well in my bodysheet I seperate the clothes and the body so that I can create more outfits for my OC
if you want to keep it as one outfit you can do that too
