Looks wonderfully easy. Great basic recipe.
The butter/flour thickening elevates this recipe.
Eamon looks totally engrosed
He acts like other methods of cooking are stupid but relys on heavy stock and butter....
He sounds like he is making it up as he goes along. He says he adds carrots because his mum use to when they were kids?????
@@CookingAroundTheWorld nout wrong with experimenting and going with what you love, the only problem i have is his matter of fact better than thou attitude when In reality he's a walking contradiction in his method
