So many cooking videos do that and I just cannot fathom why. The plating is what sells it!
Why would you leave the steak whole…I thought you would have cubed it. Very strange.
You would have to take the lid off to serve great big slices of meat
I make pies, this is a weird way of making a steak pie, I'll leave it at that.

This is the traditional Scottish way. Just the lid.

What really pisses me off about this guy is how he tries to pronounce words like butter and butcher as though he weren't from The North. Be natural man.
