I have been keeping busy, trying to get caught up, which is impossible and will never happen, haa haaa. With summer weather, my workload and back pains increase, lol. I didn't have much time to view my normal youtube videos for several days. There were other days i didn't feel well and stayed in bed, which i hate to do because it holds me back more, but I can only do so much. I planned on going back to get those videos and notices caught up, and, well, there you have it. Lol. Thanks, buddy.

I am slowly getting back in shape, and reminding myself about those hidden muscles that disappeared a few yrs ago, haaa haaa. Those muscles keep reminding me to chill out. Haaa haaa. I push myself to keep moving, and when I over- do it, which is quite often, I pay for it, lol. Im a drummer, and as i search for a new band, I practice 5x a week for 2 to 3 hrs. I can still play like i did 20 yrs ago when i was in my 30s. But, standing up after a long and very active practice, It is sometimes a bit rough to stand up. Lol. I appreciate you.
