why don't you show us, testing this product with real mosquitos to see how effective it is instead just talking about it
Goodness! this is going to be amazing for me as I do guard duty with my dog in the middle of the night for 6 hrs straight in a forested area that surrounds me! I need to try these. Mosquitos have been a big problem the last few years. They eat my dog alive on walks. I like that this might protect him without having to apply something onto him.

Generally i think the EMR 20 is multipurpose, Both outdoors and indoors work and non work related it's portability and efficiency definitely makes it a good equipment to have on hikes/camps and outdoor work where mozzies or other kinds of pests might appear, love the re-design to make it more portable and also the usb-c charging function.
I work with the homeless population in NC and am in the camps and woods weekly talking with and feeding people, this product would come in real handy during the spring and summer months.
How does this compare to the EMR40 which one would your recommend getting?

Really excited to see gadgets llike this as I need it. First my body is really a mosquito magnet compared to other people as I've noticed it. Another question, why is the EMR20 mosquito mats given to me, after 6 hours of continuous use, the color doesn't turn totally white? Can I still use the mats still with blue color after the 6 hours effectivity? Thank you!

Hey there, would generally say it is safe but would avoid long term exposure too close to device for dogs or for humans. Best would be to use in an outdoor environment, or if using indoors to be kept near a window where it is well ventilated.
I'm sure they would still fight through this invisible barrier to get to my blood, and I react so bad to the bites

A used pad will become faded over time. Turning white. That’s when you know it’s time to change.
Thank you for the response. Yea I saw that part about when the blue fades, its time to change it. I just thought there would be a indicator on the device itself that would tell me when to change it, or will the device shut off automatically when it can't burn a faded pad any longer. But I just recieved my emr20 repeller yesterday and I can't wait to take it for camping. Thank you again for the reply
they realise at some point that ultrasound does not work on mosquito so the next version is actually only the heater

this might be common sense but, if you're moving too fast for the repellent or there is a strong breeze, you DON'T have to worry about mosquitos because they can't easily fly in windy conditions or land on a runner :P

well they sold 2 generations prior to this. If it sucked, there wouldn't be a 3rd. Nitecore historically discontinues their less desired products and products with high negative criticism/issues.
