Custom sill step panels

This was a lot of fun, pre cleaning your work always helps putting down nice consistent weld droplets, with the right amount of heat as well. Of course.. worked out really good though still alot more shaping to do

I was watching the kindig build of a F1 ford pick up, and instead of chopping it the lengthened the cab, doors etc which gave it the illusion of a mild chop but still gave them the head room and more room in the cab, I thought that was a great idea, I think they did 4inches, I reckon 6 inches in the middle and 1” extension behind the door pillar to the back wall would look smick.

Originally wood was used for structure and to attach interior components to, they never had the adhesives we do today
