You guys drive almost the exact same as us. When we started my Wife wanted to drive in daylight and (happy Wife, happy life) her being new to driving I was good with that. Then, she decided she likes the night shift better. So, now we drive (my shift) 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. then she drives 6 P.M. to 6 A.M. Be safe out there. Oh, (B.T.W.) that's my fuel truck in my pic.

Natasha you guys should get the galanz 3in 1 at walmart.. it's a microwave, convection oven and air fryer and fits perfect in the microwave space.. definitely the best investment I've made so far.. I made Steak and asparagus in it last night.. works awesome.. check it out.. 👍

Pro-tip, put some aluminum polish on your tank where the fuel cap is. You can polish it or not. But the wax will make the diesel stick a lot less.

Clearly you've never driven a KW W900L with the 86" Studio or the Western Star ( my preference is the 4900EX) with the 82" Stratosphere bubble sleeper. Those are the 2 biggest standard sleepers on the market.

You're very inspiring and I appreciate your honest videos and you tips for new drivers. Me and my husband are joining the industry soon and will be going the owner operator route as soon as possible. I wanted to ask what was the advantage of working with a carrier as an owner operator? Do they pay you in advance and then deal themselves with the brokers? Also I know your carrier requires 2+ years experience, does that apply to owner operators as well or only company drivers? Will appreciate any insight. Thank you !
Hey girlie, yes they deal with the brokers payment, and our insurance is much less as new owner Ops with them, also renting trailers is easy if you can’t afford buying one
I think the 2+ years only applies to ownerops, I’m not sure with company drivers I would call and ask the most updated info 💖

I could never do team driving when I was on a truck with a trainer for 21 days it was all I could do I could not sleep while the truck is bumping up and down it’s too rough ride for me to get any rest so I solo drive
I know that feeling you wake up a lot throughout your sleep

How tough is it to find a gym on the road? Do you have to pay a bunch of day use fees?
We have membership to Planet Fitness the black card so we can go to any location cross country. And they’re everywhere!

When you o/o using tbose online boards do you have to have your own trailer ir its just hook and drive
Most of it is your own trailer unless you get on certain dedicateds set up that way. The only time we did was on amazon way back in the day. And possibly Ups next year
Just search for re-power loads (meaning you have a truck, but looking for a trailer to drag).

@@jonathanfrye2648 well every company isn’t for everyone. But you talk to a lot of the drivers that have been here will say this is one of the best companies to drive for. I think it’s either a 2500 or maybe 5000 sign on bonus for solos.

Ups delivery times they want you too wear depends and piss and shit yourself too deliver there loads lol i already haul doubles for fedex they are chill they dont give a f#ck lol when you get there.. but again im company driver i cant drive 80mph in my dd15 505hp truck lol i got a dd13 governed at 65:( fml lol... but doubles is sketchy anyways anything over 68mph it sways alot..
Aint that the truth, ups times are really hard you always see those guys Speeding past you to make their times and FedEx too. 😖we shall see
I was on a few dedicated runs for ups you literally dont have anytime too spare too use the restroom or shower i hated it.. it was from Compton ca too sweetwater tx 3x a week like 7200 miles a week.. i was on another account ups from Compton too utah salt lake city and we literally only had 15 minutes too switch drivers and get fuel couldn't even do a pre trip only log as if we did so super dangerous we couldn't stop too use the restroom at all it had too be 100% delivered on time.. fedex has strict estimated etas but they dont seem too enforce them atleast not for company drivers dont know how it works for contractors or owner ops..
