I also forgot to mention the Legendary Perks im using: Follow Through Rank 4, Agility Rank 3, Intelligence Rank 2, Perception Rank 1, and Endurance Rank 3. I would recommend prioritizing the Legendary Intelligence Perk first just to get additional XP. If youre unable to follow the build perk for perk, I would recommend dropping some of the perks that boost weapon damage because youre only really using your weapon to clear around 5-6 enemies per run. Also, if you feel comfortable, dropping some damage resist perks. You also dont really need Radicool since youre not going to be spending much time looting if youre just trying to maximize gaining xp as quickly as possible. Prioritize the perks that boost grenade damage and the perks that effect food buffs/XP.
Somehow I forgot to mention Berry Mentats as one of the needed consumables, but you definitely need them as they give a +5 INT and last longer using the Chem Fiend Perk! There's a video on how to mass produce them in the description! Also, I made a nice visual @ 17:40 that has a complete breakdown of all of the buffs!
At 8:26, you have it listed as how to make a frag grenade. Instead of crafting them and using up resources, you just run Boardwalk expedition and loot a bunch, and at the same time, earning stamps, and maximizing xp by running entire thing as casual group then swap to expeditions group to collect rewards.
@@Borescoped this is definitely good over time running expeditions. I probably gained the bulk of my frag grenades running The Most sensational game over time, but I did some testing and I was getting on average between 2-4 frags on 9-10 minute runs.
Another way for frag grenade's is take westek with a gun and loot all body's so It 3 or 4 times and you have enough frags to make around 80 nuka grenades
Thanks for another great video man, It sucks that all the good stuff is with the settlers. Im super close to maxing their rank. I still dont have the moth man tomb either, Ive even tried to pay people to place it in my camp on pc but so far no luck. 😂 so im just gonna have to roll this double xp event without them ig.
I just recently hit max rank, but spending 8k Bullion for Two Allies is crazy. Im probably gonna hold off on getting them because its only 5% xp buff for an hour once per day
@KhronikHD right im at almost 7k gold holding out for when I max settlers rank. But yeah 4k per follower is crazy over priced in my opinion especially with how low the daily cap is for gold. I probably won't be buying both anytime soon lol 😅
You say this is maximizing XP for leveling, and because of that a majority of people watching this will be low level people wanting to level up, yet you don't mention legendary perks, and going by that build you are obviously using them, and enough of them to be far from low level to use this. So this is not very useful for newer player, what legendary perks do you have? and how would you spec fr someone too low to have more than a coupleof legendary perks?
@@LootzMy Thats a good point! I've only got two points in the INT legendary and a couple of others, but I can make a follow up video. Like i said in this video, the crucial thing is just getting the 15 base intelligence and tweaking your build. I would recommend dropping some of the weapon damage boosting perks because you're only clearing out a few targets with whatever weapon you're using. The Nuka grenades are the main show here
@@theendlesschapter3720 I would normally agree, but, the reason i mentioned it is because i've hit that point where i only have a few legendary perks and not enough perk points to level them, so i need to level up to get more points and cards to scrap for points, and i've done all of the main line quests and most of the side quests, so what is left for me is daily quests and grinding, so im looking at maximiing that grind.
Events Events Events. Every one. You'll build up cores for better weapons and get plenty of money. Buy extra stims and do the run. They scale to what you are-so it can be tough n points but totally doable.

Does the double xp apply to the 20k xp you can get from expeditions for a total of 40k? Or are expeditions maxed at 20k?
@@amishsegway391 unfortunately expeditions are capped at the 20k, but the XP you get from the enemies in an expedition is doubled!
Set party to Casual for the entire run through, then right before you complete, change team to expeditions for that xp.

Can I use brain bombs and cranberry relish together as carnivore?
Unfortunately not. You'll have to use tasty squirrel stew and boiled Scorchbeast Brain, but you'll get the same effects!
You don't like the grounded mutation?
@@BumbleDoom honestly I forgot about that one! I'm gonna throw that in since I don't use energy weapons
I need these

New players really shouldn't stress about grinding westek. Use what you can get and just do quests and events. You'll level up pretty fast
