Hi, Thanks so much for subscribing. The vanilla was purchased when I travelled to Mauritius last year. Its really strong and a good purchase!

Thanks for this video, really want to try a rice pudding in the Ninja so this is helpful. I always baked mine in the oven for a crispy 'skin'.
Have you tried a steam/baking method or perhaps finishing with the air fryer?
Hi, This is the only way I've tried. Bearing in mind I made a Risotto on Steam Air Fry I think this method could also work for a Rice Pudding to give you a different texture

Can you reheat do you think? Always scared with rice
It is safe to reheat. You may need to add a little extra milk or cream to loosen it. Heat on the hob or in the microwave

Yes definitely. The rules I go by are, as long as you are under the max line you can double quantities but cook time remains the same as the grain remains the same size so needs the same amount of cook time. It will just take longer to come to pressure as more in the pot
