No cap I needed this. I work from home and I have anxiety and panic attacks everyday before work and Sundays. I will definitely try putting on some clothes and makeup and see if that works.
Just dressing up can change your entire mood which can positively impact the start of your day. Maybe try affirmations that focus in on your specific issues (anxiety). Try to make herbal tea apart of your routine, there are ones for stress management and overall calmness. My mom and I went to accupuncture, I recommend that for stress and just relaxation. FYI: A woman who I follow on youtube (she's Indian); during the summer she would have her son do the curriculum for the upcoming school year during the summer (math and english, even science) so when he did it that school year, he would make all As. I was shocked. I think it's a great way to have your kid have a high gpa, and also to just not struggle academically... ever during their school years.
Waking up early has helped me tremendously..silent mom time

I have no structure in my home. I have a 6 year old and soon to be 2 year old and I get so overwhelmed at times especially since I work from home and my daughter is out for the summer. This was a really amazing realistic video and to say I’m going to work on creating a routine ❤
I always say, you make being consistent with routines easy peasy girl. I gonna learn one day ❤

This was beautiful… I don’t have kids and I’m not married… your home is beautiful and I love that you get to rest in your feminine energy as a woman and your husband helps. If most women had a supportive husband they wouldn’t mine getting married…
I lost my mom as a teen and I think that kind of traumatized me from not having a family. Anyway, your kids are just the sweetest and cutest and I know it’s not easy but having help makes it easy when you’re not alone.
People always think I have kids and I don’t because I’m such a homebody and nurturing. This little girl hugged me a few days ago when I gave her some healthy snacks and called me beautiful and she was just the sweetest. Maybe she sensed I was sad. She reminded me of myself. Animals and kids have been gravitating towards me… maybe I’ll adopt 😂 Love the growth! God bless you and your family!
Hi, I just wanted to say that your mom would want you to keep living ( not just exist) and to create a life that satisfies your heart and soul. My mom just passed in 2021 and I felt like "What is the point of having kids and getting married when the main person I would want there is gone?" I am not close to any other family members, but I know God will bless me with a man who's family will welcome me and who's mother will nurturing in a familar way. He can do the same for you. God sends us people, just remember that :)
