If the signal going to both amps' returns comes from amp 1 FX send only, what's the point of plugging into the front of amp 2? Wouldn't that bypass amp 2's preamp?

Can you do an overview video of the Rack unit that you recently made? with the mastermind pedalboard?

Impressive content, Omilion Audio. Looking forward to seeing your next upload from you. I tapped the thumbs up icon on your video. Keep up the fantastic work. Your explanation of the signal chain and MIDI programming was incredibly clear. How do you typically manage the balance between simplicity and complexity in pedalboard setups for different performance contexts?

Wow thank you so much! I really appreciate that!!!
I think it’s more about learning how the player works on a live setting! Thankfully I know Andy very well so it’s easy to dial but sometimes it just takes getting an idea to know how complex or simple we need to go!

Awsome setup, Andy is Awsome . Curious, the overdrive pedals are going through the compressor?

None, comp is first in the signal chain

I hope Andy Timmons has small feet so he can use the volume and expression pedals ?

Hey there! For everything minus the pedals & power ( these were provided ) it ran $2500ish.
      Cost
      - labor
      - travel case
      - board & bridge
      - custom junction
      - custom audio
      - custom power
      - custom midi
      - supplies fee

nice setup, I would have put the exp 's on top row for my big foot

That’s a great idea, I’ll keep that in mind for the next build!

Yep. I'd be having full size and bite the bullet on the 80mm wider board.

I feel like you'd have to either have super tiny feet or impeccable accuracy with your foot to use those Vol/Exp pedals there - does the riser not block any 'toe-overhang'?

    • @omilionaudio
      @omilionaudio  18 дней назад +2

That’s correct, mini feet are required! JK :)
He uses the front half of his foot but yeah the bridge doesn’t allow any toe overhang, just a different way to utilize it on such a small board

Is that hum from single coil pickups or some nasty ground loop?
