Beautiful 😍 piece of work. 👍 😊 A couple of suggestions: 1- abit more ground clearance (taller skid gear). 2- A bit wider/longer Bear Paws (with holes drilled) to prevent unexpected sinking in deep snow resulting in a roll-over. Something I (personally) dealt with up here (deep snow landings) when I was flying. Thanks for the update Mr. Hill.😊
June 28 and December 20 a party I would love to say I was there😊, 2025 a great reason to be alive. I wish hope and pray that greatness runs a long long time. I am happy to to know that I was/or am 🎉alive on this earth at a time that you where/are.
This company and Mr. Hill is taking the small turbine market by storm. I didn’t think it was possible for anyone to compete with Bell and Robinson. Step aside guys, there’s a new sheriff in town, his name is Mr. HILL
INSPIRING to say the least. Dr. Hill when my company shines like yours I am going to PLAGIARIZE all your update video transcipts WORD-FOR-WORD !!! LOL LOL ... Cheers and Take-Off POWER to your team.
I’m a bit lost on the power vs performance claims. The GT50 is hopefully going to produce 500hp continuous. The claim is this is very powerful. In actuality this isn’t much more than a D model 500 and less than a F model. The latest versions of the H125 are pushing 1000shp. To have the predicted performance the HX50 will have to be heaps lighter than its competitors and the blades an order of magnitude more efficient. I can’t find published data on its empty weight so it’s hard to really compare them. I’m guessing this is because they don’t know what it’s weight will be yet. In summary I feel like 500shp just won’t be enough.
I would be very curious what pilot feedback you get about the cyclic stick and the MFD. The display is very different from standard layouts and is my main concern. I assume one could get used to it.
@@dvsmotions with airplanes… we get a similar discussion…. Stick, yoke, and now side stick… Most people fly with their left hand, while engine controls, trim, and everything else is right hand… When confronted with a left side stick… people suddenly realize they have been flying with their left hand all along! 😃 Getting used to different layouts is quite easy… A challenge happens when flying various aircraft, and not just one personal vehicle…
You made a beautiful machine. The mid console is working on ios. Would we have the option to have it for android as well? For the people who prefer the android platform
Since Hill Helicopters has redefined the GA helicopter…. Was there any thought put into which side of the aircraft the pilot sits…? Most GA airplanes fly (pilot in command) from the left seat… Helicopters fly from the right seat. History indicates that the first helicopter pilots were trained by Igor Sikorsky, who was always sitting in the left seat… Is there any logic to this argument? Would it be any benefit to a left handed pilot to fly from the left seat? 😃
You need both feet and both hands much more to fly a helicopter than a plane. You can release the collective with less problems building up, which is the left hand control. Reaching instruments, radio, transponder, controls, etc is therefore going to be with your left hand in a helicopter, so you sit on the side where your left hand can reach those controls easier. Control panels in most single pilot light helicopters are in the middle, so the pilot sits in the right seat.
@@hotcols1171but it’s easier to sling from the left side with a side window bubble. You stick your head out the bubble, look straight down and your collective is easy to play with vs looking down from the right side. Collective is further away in your left hand and you are leaning to the right looking down. Easier to do from the left. There’s a lot of doing it this way western Canada
Very nice job, I think the engine can be a lot harder to make satisfactory than rest of the airframe, maybe you could fly first prototypes with proven engine concept.
If he’s taken £50,000 as a deposit for 1300 machines then he has 65million at his disposal with another 650million to come when he delivers them. Hence why he needs no external investment.

I love the openness and honesty that the Hill team show here. Keep up the great work.
I will fly this beautiful bird, I will own this bird
YOU WILL FLY THE HX50 YOU WILL OWN THE HX50
I too will fly this bird. I will own this bird. I will be stoked as hell to go to the 2 week boot camp. March of 2028 I will be on location.

Wow 4 axis autopilot!! Our Griffons have 2 axis. They should have given us 3 axis but they cheaped out
No EASA certification????
