I never sold any phone without using it to extreme and i kept all of them except a few i bought and sold because they became outdated with time and were not usable to date. Like blackberry 9220 apart from this i bought a used one plus one device and sold it for 2500. but now smartphone markets have changed, also buyers on olx are fewer and less interested.

So I bought Samsung galaxy A52 in May 2021 for 26,500. Used it for three years and 2 months. Sold it to a local shop for 3150. Got a New Phone Samsung A35 for 28,000 (debit card discount). You know something interesting? In total, this new phone Samsung A35 costed me 25000 in July end 2024. And I spent 26500 in May 2021 for my previous phone with lower specs. When I calculated the inflation for thr same value I am getting, it showed me that the value I could buy with 26500 in 2021 may was now equal to 32500 for the same value in July end 2024. Which means, I bought a better phone and had to spend less. Samsung IS the sweet spot and trust me you can never go wrong with the A series

Totally agree! Even in my family, I've been the one encouraging everyone to avoid Apple products. As a developer, I still have no interest in buying actual Apple products-I prefer using cloud VMs when possible. I also stick with Windows over Mac and Android over iOS any day. So I bought Samsung galaxy A52 in May 2021 for 26,500. Used it for three years and 2 months. Sold it to a local shop for 3150. Got a New Phone Samsung A35 for 28,000 (debit card discount).
You know something interesting? In total, this new phone Samsung A35 costed me 25000 in July end 2024. And I spent 26500 in May 2021 for my previous phone with lower specs. When I calculated the inflation for thr same value I am getting, it showed me that the value I could buy with 26500 in 2021 may was now equal to 32500 for the same value in July end 2024.
Which means, I bought a better phone and had to spend less. Samsung IS the sweet spot and trust me you can never go wrong with the A series

Totally agree! Even in my family, I've been the one encouraging everyone to avoid Apple products. As a developer, I still have no interest in buying actual Apple products-I prefer using cloud VMs when possible. I also stick with Windows over Mac and Android over iOS any day. The value for money just isn't there, and with tech evolving so fast, these expensive gadgets lose their shine way too soon. 😎✌
