- Kevin Richardson in Part of the Pride tells the story of his life and work. As a self-taught animal behaviorist, Richardson has broken every safety rule known to humans when working with wild animals. His unique method of getting to know their individual personalities, what makes each of them angry, happy, upset, or irritated-just like a mother understands a child-has caused them to accept him like one of their own into their fold.
Kevin is also the producer on an upcoming feature film, White Lion: Home is a Journey, starring real lions. He lives in South Africa.

February 10, 2024 watching this video. I have been watching Kevin for 7 years. It was great to see this old video showing Kevin playing with cubs he had in his care. They just treat him like a playmate. They actually were very gentle with him. It was fun watching this.
Here it is 2024 and Kevin and his animals are still bringing us happiness, but also tears. We lost Gandalf recently and it hurt to see him. Thank you Kevin for continuing the fight to save these magnificent animals. God bless you always.

@@Ianyudh No. George and Yame are too young to be these lions. And these cubs are younger than they were when he got them.

Just bought and read your book on the Play Store. Loved every minute - was up till 2am reading. My heart nearly stopped a few times.
I loved it especially the little babies I love seeing the Little Leopard and a little hyena it was so amazing how they all got along together with you

There's this old saying, Show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are that I get. It's because it's true. Just think about that for a moment and wrap your mind around that and let it sink in. Kevin's "friends" speaks volumes about who he is. I love you Kevin Richardson. You are special in every way.
He says he is more comfortable with animals than humans, but it's something he has had to deal with because the world of nature really does revolve around humans.

@Naveen500 Then what did you mean by *already done*??? I was talking about a DVD from the start. Of course I knew all along Kevin's clips were on youtube. But youtube is no substitute for a DVD in terms of clarity, completeness and bonus features. That why I called for a DVD to be released all those months ago.
