PAHANG ECO 2024🇲🇾 DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THE 25KM!

My first sign up 25km for Pahang Eco 2014.
Look easy but don't judge by the distance.
I was struggling to finish it with a thin 40 min COT left and have to run down the Bukit Pelindung trail to finish lines.
Last 10 meters toward the finish line, I twisted my left ankle. Run limping ...
Overall the race was great for the first 10 km tarmac run and getting tougher toward the trail with sharp up and down climb.
The certain area was runnable too.
