When are we seriously going to get plummeted with rain for the Midwest? Grass is brown, lakes are extremely low, it’s like a drout. We’ve just had blue skys, with not a cloud in the sky at all it’s ridiculous. I’m guessing October will be yet again the same as last year

I am in Northeast Ohio. Our grass is crunchy brown. We haven't had rain for about 3 weeks.
Here in southern Oklahoma, we haven't had any measurable rain since early July! We are bitterly dry!
