There were a few people using oil in cheap Addiesdive watches and I heard stories of increased drain on the batteries. It will be interesting to see how a solar copes with the extra drag on the hands.
Oh my… well, I’m tossing out the video tomorrow, but like an idiot I got the wrong viscosity of oil, so I have to do it again. My mathey Tissot lasted about two years, not too bad, but the solar powered was a must if I did it again. So hopefully after the change in oil all will be well
