I'm a new cook. Usually I stick to pasta since you can just buy the sauce, as well as simple stir fry and fried rice dishes. But this looked so good that I had to try it. It was challenging for me since I usually stick to minced meat and I have never used chicken thigh. But I pushed through. My husband complimented me on my cooking which is rare for him. You have the luckiest dogs for many reasons, particular because Chinese cooking is very taste of all the spices they put in we aromatics and all those lovely spices bring that food to life and if I was a dog in your kitchen or you were cooking Id be very well behaved , and pray to God you throw me a scrap . And what a tasty scrap that would be if I was that 🐶 dog ☺️
