The problem with this statement, is it implies the artists that get hired at these companies are not equally, if not more talented. I agree
Never seen a random online guy make logos better than the originals, absolutely beautiful!
It’s a bit depressing how relatively easy it was for you to make the designs 100000% better and companies still won’t do it. Good work.
Finally someone doing this instead of just making it realistic
ikr edit: please don’t spark a pronoun war, i’m changing my pfp cuz of this shit

I've always thought the Monster slashes were made from the inside, like the monster from the can wants out. Would have been cool to see like a scary eye peering through the slashes.
The eye belongs to your middle school PE teacher, but dont worry he only wants to know wich one in your gym class hit puberty first because he cares about you

Your redesigns are so good that you converted me away from being a “simple design”-enthusiast. Insane work.

im one of those ppl whose been so disappointed by the simplification trend. and my feelings have just been strengthened, lolol
A lot of times I see people do overcomplicated logos as borderline hyperrealism, which is a fun gag but obviously doesnt work as a logo. But that Pringles and Land O Lakes one was perfect
You didn't over complicate them, you gave them charisma and life
this man needs to get hired by every company💀
🗿🗿
Hopefully as a marketing director and not just a designer, but still, investors probably be idiots and want ugly stuff
Ikr
YES
true
your pringles one looks so much better, it makes the normal one look like a knock off, simple is fine in some cases but when you have a character branding you need it to have personality
the brand is too big for people to forget the product. simpler means less ink use. meaning cheaper production cost and enviro friendlyness. no one really cares about the box it gets thrown away.
@@KS-vo3hf i see a lot of people here caring so you're wrong.
@@KS-vo3hfyeah they don’t have the money to make a cool model 💀
Do people really decide whether or not to buy products because of the mascot on the packaging rather than because they enjoy the product?
@@DrinkyMcBeerFor first impression, yes. Especially when I don't know anything about that brand. If the design look appealing, I'm more likely to give it a try.
I loved the butter design, one small thing I would've added was maybe add Mia (the lady) fishing in the lake on a boat or something along those lines.
The world would legitimately be a better place if we just had Brandon as a designer for everything fr
Well one person cant make everything, so just have clones of brandons

Google app logos have gotten so simple at this point, they're practically unrecognizable. I'd love to see him redesign the logos for Google Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Play, etc.
I find the most annoying change is they now all have the same colours so you have to identify them by shape instead which makes them harder to find quickly. For example, Gmail was red, docs was blue etc.
Probably they wanted to make their apps 'default' apps for the whole world.
Yeah a 10 year old could have done them on paint
So simple that a court might take the trademark away
Idk what your yapping about but you can clearly easily tell which logo is which, unles your literally legally blind I dont understand how google logos are "practically unrecognizable"
3:48 Looking at these side-by-side I would DEFENITELY pick the right one every time!
all of these are so much more interesting then the minimalism cloud chasing we've been doing
The Monster design had no right to be THAT GOOD 🔥
How come? Their logo and name literally describes what it's supposed to look like😅
So you're saying it's good- too good?
@@Murillos1U are now my homie whether u like it or not😂
That Monster design!!! They need to make that can...even if the product taste like what imagine antifreeze tastes like, I'd buy a can of that illustration any day.
It looks like it's from 2008 and I absolutely love it
As a designer for over 20 years you still manage to blow my mind, your talent and vision are just incredible, as is your content. Keep up the great work 👍 👏
Bro this is insane!
You NEED to be hired by every company
These are so much better than the originals! 🔥
This man will say, "So I did some slight lighting adjustments.." All the while, the design just when from stiched together stock images to realistic enough to fool me into thinking its real.
I could totally see all of those designs being in stores as rebrand or limited edition! I cannot describe how good these designs are.
The Pringles re design is not over complicated, it’s what it should have been. Really harks back to the original good logo away from the awful new logo.
The Pringles Logo is just…beautiful.
It feels like it has a soul, and dare I say that I actually prefer it over the original one before the bad redesign.
The other two are good, especially the Land O Lakes one.
The "100 calories" box: am I a joke to you?!
The original monster can is simple but icon
BUT BUT BUTTTTT!!
the other flavors have their own can design which normally look absolutely stunnin mate^^
I LOVE overcomplicated packaging. And I feel like the cooler the packaging - the more likely I am to go out of my way to try something new.
After discovering binging all your videos the other week, I have been craving a new video. The production quality and effort is million subscribers worthy.
Someone needs to hire this guy for making the company logos more detailed this is actually amazing.
these look so much more appealing. The detail is more eye catching and its one of those things where if it caught the corner of your eye it would easily stand out from all the bland simplistic style brands go for now.
This will probably be the next brand logo trend, looks great!
They better do so.
Oh god they'll be going in circles forever
@goosenine remember googles old 3D logo 😬😬😬😬
@goob 💀
Sadly no since that will cost quite the amount but would be cool indeed.

Companies need to hire this man, definitely will make their company get better.
The problem with this statement, is it implies the artists that get hired at these companies are not equally, if not more talented. The issue lies with the executives that make the demands of how the product looks.
This guy has the fortune of not being subject to corporate executives changing and disagreeing with all his choices before the final design is shown to the public.

All of these are a massive improvement. They look like heart and soul was put into them, rather than them being approved by a committee.
Yeah, it's not even a competition between the original and the "complicated" ones.
These are incredible!! Soooo much more visually interesting than the current packaging. These would make me want to grab them right off the shelves. (My only note is that Pringles are not technically "chips." They are "crisps" since they are made from dried potatoes and not sliced potatoes, lol.)

All your overcomplicated logos looked really cool! Especially the pringles it looks much better now!
I think the similarly bright tone of the Monster claws ends up visually lengthening the Monster logo at a quick glance, but that’s such a cool idea. Definitely agree with some other comments on how the rip could be coming from the monster inside of the can somehow. Great work as always!!
Monster one looked AWESOME. So much better than the original, yet still completely on brand. I could see the company buying this design.
These are all awesome! The claws on the monster logo are a bit too textured imo but everything else is amazing! Graphic designers that think everything looks better with less detail, less color, less edges, etc need to look at this video! Everyone in the comments is agreeing that this is great, and also were agreeing that simplifying logos usually looks bad.
