Good selection. You just missed"Steak Tartare" which is raw meat and absolutely delicious with the right ingredients.Another miss is the famous "Choucroute" ,dish with different sausages mixed with sauerkraut.Last one you can add is fresh seafood like oysters and crab.I love that you try everything and are so open with your food choices.Hope we can grab dinner together next time you are around.Enjoy Lisbon and stay safe. All the best from Paris with of course all of it's restaurants closed...

I know I must have a French foodie in my bloodline. I love it all, escargot, pate, croissant, all pastries, quiche, every dessert, every kind of cheese, wine, croques, etc, with one exception, the crepe. I have yet to try a good crepe in my life. I even went to a high rated french cafe in the U.S. to try one, and well, even that was a disappointment. I may neef to go to Paris to be impressed by a good crepe.
The best falafel Ive ever had was in NYC. Off the chain good.

No snails for me or prawn like thing. All the others were very inviting especially the desserts and large croissant. Beef bourginouf I used to make that. No longer a red meat fan. Thanks

Do Parisians not eat fish. Falafel isn't French. I don't think that you should recommend particular restaurants.
    Presentation was excellent.
