I live in a smallish town. It's grown since I moved here 26 years ago. I used to love driving the roads with all of the farms and ranches, mountains and the river. Today I drove on a road that I hadn't been on for a year or so and the farmland was gone. Some filled with 100s of unaffordable houses, the rest filled with gas stations and corporate businesses. A lot of the small businesses closed during COVID and new chain businesses came in or the buildings are empty due to high property taxes. Oliver/Chris's simple words made me break down and cry for the loss of the land.
The beauty of Oliver's music is that with genius simplicity he makes you think and makes you feel. He says so much with so little. He writes a book in a 3 minute song.
I can't speak for everyone but as for me I haven't been going to church for years but still consider myself a Christian but by damn Oliver has me wanting to go back to church again.

And in a recent interview with his manager - (the guy behind the @radiowv youtube channel that filmed his "Rich Men" video that went viral) - the manager said that they have 5 videos that are set to be released, so I'm assuming the upcoming videos are high quality video/recordings (comparable to this one and "Rich Men") of his existing songs. In other words, it might happen that you react to his old video of "Ain't Gotta Dollar" and then the next video that comes out on his channel is the same song but with a new high-quality video.
