- Gay romance or bust! Today I’m diving into my MM romance book recommendations. These are my TOP picks and this is one of my fav genres to read and I have read a bunch. Whether you’re just getting into the MM world and need some suggestions or you’re already deep in it like me, this list will have you covered. Some of these MM romance novels are super unique and you’ve likely never heard of them before. However, they’ve been vetted by yours truly and made the cut for this book recommendation haul!!

HIM by Sarina Bowen is beautiful. Childhood friends to adult friends to lovers. One character is gay and been in love with his friend for a while. Bi awakening for other character. ❤

Oh wow! Such a good recommendations! I read a looot of MM books. I started a year ago and I just cannot stop. So what I loved about you review is that I only read one book from your least (which is Him) and all others are new for me. And you talk so passionately about them that I want to read almost all of them now and already download some)) Thank you very much! I just finished Monstrous Serious by Lily Mayne and it was more than good and couldn't decide what to read next after such a great stories, now I know ;)

I’m currently reading the Westbrook Elite series by Cambria Hebert and it’s so good! It’s about these boys in a swim team and the found family is just perfection. The books are on the longer side as well so you get time to really sit with them.

My all time favourite MM will always be Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu.
And also just anything Eden Finley and Saxon James. If you want to start the CU Hockey series I recommend maybe going into the Fake Boyfriends series by Eden Finley before.
And obviously anything by Avril Ashton. She does crime incredibly well in my opinion. With her I recommend starting with the Brooklyn sinners series❤❤

omgosh so I have to recommend two of my favorite MM romances! The first is "A Strange and Stubborn Endurance" by Foz Meadows, it's a fantasy book and this book is over 500 pages, when I tell you I read it in a DAY I could NOT put it down. You've got a mystery plot set with an arranged marriage like...so good
I've had this one downloaded for AGES and I've heard such good things but I'll definitely bump it up my TBR now! The Freya one I'll give a shot too, I don't usually adore HR but this sounds so interesting!

If it’s not mm romance it’s mm fanfiction romance 🤣My current favors MM author is Tal Bauer. I love everything they write and currently making my way through Cole McCades Criminal Intentions series. I loving that episodic format Cole McCade series is and trying to look for something similar in that format.
I seriously LOVE Tal Bauer, I just don't have any of his paperbacks (which I need to fix lol). I haven't heard of the Cole McCade Criminal Intentions series though! I'll check it out
Giana… I agree that Damon Suedes books are kind of all over the place. It’s like no two of his books are similar, but I too loved Hotheads….But I also really liked lickety-split so I recommend that one too!
I read that one and it was okay! Just not the magical level of Hot Head to me!

Read them and LOVED them! I don't usually like MMM much, but that series is the exception! Probably because I loved them in the Temptation series so much
The Temptation series by Ella Frank is amazing! Have read series several times and they are my absolute favorite couple! The Green Creek series by TJ Klune is my all time favorite paranormal series ever! I highly recommend!

I haven't tried Alice Winters so I'll have to look her up!

If I can recommend you one series you have to read it. it would be the Lost Boys series by Jessie Walker it is Angsty and I guarantee you will cry.

Loved Crossroads, but didn’t enjoy the narration. Every female character sounded like an elderly woman.
*adds everything to TBR* One of my fave mm romances is Gravity by Tal Bauer, it’s a soft yet angsty hockey romance. Most of my other favorite mm romances are Harry/Draco fan fiction lol. I can highly recommend The Man Who Lived for a long and angsty fic with lots of original material added.
I adoooore Ta Bauer! I don't have any of his paperbacks which is criminal because he's one of my favourite MM authors! I love fanfic too so I'll check out THe Man Who Lived too!
