TRAINING IN THE COLD FOR A WEEK (WINTER ARC)

As a kid I always hated the snow and the cold I've always been more of a summer person but growing up watching anime I've always noticed that certain characters train in the cold like zoro, Netero, tonjiro, goku, and vegeta. And ive always wondered why the hell they do that , well today is the day I figure it out, In this vid I tried training in the cold for 1 week with 1 goal to increase my tolerance to the cold. Every day I will gradually expose my self to cold conditions while training until day 7 where I will put my training to the ultimate test with a 10 minute ice bath.
