So we don't clean the inner part? Is that bad? Our groomer used to use thongs and cotton balls to thoroughly clean the ears and that's what we do. He drops a few solution first before he starts cleaning the ears.

So my Beagle sleeps in my utility room and recently every morning I am finding black spots all over the walls, white clothes dryer and washing machine and white door. Though it is easily cleaned off, I am bewildered as to where this what looks like dirt is coming from. I clean his paws before he goes to bed but to be fair, they are pretty clean anyhow. He constantly is shaking his head and flapping his ears from side to side. I see no infection, there is no redness in his ears though in the past there has been. Could these dirt spots on the wall be from him shaking his head from side to side? This only seems to have been happening over the past two months. Beagle is 7 years old. If you have any experience of this yourself, please enlighten me with your knowledge. Thanks.
It sounds like your Beagle might be shaking off some ear debris or perhaps drool spots while vigorously shaking his head, especially since you've noticed him doing that frequently.

Start slowly. Rub his ears, and give him a treat...this will associate positive things.

My poor little boy who is 2 1/2 years old. Russell has had like 5 ear infections they are going to put tubes in. I hate when he gets them they are super painful for him, he gets feverish, lethargic and is miserable! I cannot wait until he has the surgery!!

Is it okay to feed 10months female beagle Rice + Liver twice a day
Yes and no. Yes you can give him rice(without salt) and liver (cooked and without any spices or toppings) if he doesn't have allergies. And no, it is not advised to feed just Rice and Liver twice a day. Puppies grow and to support their development they need various nutrients which can be found in Good quality dog foods. Feed your dog Rice and liver once in two days, but stick to dog food for his regular meal.
I saw your previous grooming videos and tried to cut my 7 months year old beagles nail the same way but he always runs away or tries to scare me by acting like he is biting so how do i cut his nails
Take to vet! Or dog grooming centers
For few days, touch his paw and fingers and give him a treat while doing this. This will associate positive things with holding paws. Then gradually start by cutting his 1 nail and give him a treat imminently. Try to cut 1 nail every day and give him treat right after that. This will work.

All dogs shed. You cannot stop it completely but you can minimize their shedding by brushing them twice a day.

Why beagle heat water?
Beagles were bred to hunt small animals like rabbits and rabbits don't usually go in water. So they do not have any history with water like Golden Retrievers. Beagles don't hate water, but they just don't feel comfortable going into it.
