7.5 is crazy valuation, only thing this house has that others don’t is off street parking. 3/4M house tbh and at an absolute push 5M not 7.5 though seen much better houses in Putney for around 4M
Imagine telling them today…..or next year the developer has done a great job..but it’s Wandsworth..direction Tooting…and the house is just over 4000 sq feet…including the mansard space..😂
My Battersea born and bred Mum would be gobsmacked if she was still with us. I used to show her house ads for quarter of a million about twenty years ago and she couldn’t believe it.
Really nice home, beautifully decorated and love the main bedroom layout, role out of bed, head into the ensuite and then move to the dressing room, then out of the secret door. No need to go back through the ensuite and bedroom. Love the annex too. Like the format where you two present together as well.
You two sid an amazing job of presenting this classy home...the annex is a huge selling point, as is that amazing kitchen and dining area, with the annex courtyard for outdoor dining. Can't imagine what this would cost in London proper. Glad they're putting in the banisters soon, yikes. Very slick presentation guys!
I love this house! I can see myself in it, usually homes shown here are nice but something is off whether it be the size, price, layout or design. I would not change a thing here, wonderful colour palette used by the designer and although spacious didn't feel so large that you would be uncomfortable in it. Great home and in London, I think it's worth the price.
For that price, I would expect the kitchen cabinets to go to the ceiling. I would also expect that the downstairs powder room toilet would not have a box built behind it and they would’ve taken the time to have placed the plumbing inside the wall, so it remained flush. It looks cheap and it makes me wonder what else they skimped on in this property? The same with the doors leading outside. They are all standard height where as I would’ve expected custom doors to go to the ceiling. Same with the wardrobe in the primary bedroom… Why didn’t they take the time to build it in properly and have it go to the ceiling? Have to say that the colour in the primary bedroom walk in robe and ensuite would have to go. It does not look fresh and looks really dated. They could’ve done a lot better there. The good things about the property… I love what they’ve done with the floor plan. I think it’s really smart. The wooden flooring is simply gorgeous and I love some of the Moody colours in the study space etc
Another very nice house but the valuation is ridiculous. I’m sure that they think what’s it worth then triple it! Far too much for a small terraced house in what is an ordinary part of London. I love the annex though, it would make an excellent music room.
Your presentation is amazing, but I don't understand why the garage is almost always ignored. Anyone who has deep pockets to buy a multimillion home will probably have beautiful toys of 2 or 4 wheels. The interior design and the appliances chosen were the best features. For this outrageous price I suppose it'll come furnished, won't it? Other than that, no pool, spa, view, or lift in a dull area of London... it is very overpriced.
These luxury homes like the massive bathrooms. My parents had a huge master bath in their house. Mom said master bathroom with too drafty and only used the guest bath! That staircase with no railing is freaky, but otherwise gorgeous house. I would personally have furniture with a bit of color.
If I could afford this, since I don't drink, got to remove that wine space and do something else with it. ...Thankfully the paint is not so BRIGHT WHITE! It's a nice layout and great space. That outside building is fantastic! Plus parking is a bonus. As long as they put up bannisters and rails of course.
3:43 The dining room table is an AFTERTHOUGHT, and is misplaced. Maybe in front of the fireplace. Uless they just never have dinner parties, which is what it sounds like
where is Matt & Summer ? - Also can you find out where they got the Marlyn Monroe artwork from in the tv crèche area? Or at least I think it's her in a space suit and helmet.
There is no side entrance to the back garden, how do you bring out your bins or how do guest access the back garden if you don't want people to come through the main house.£7.5 Wandsworth. Hmmmmmm.!!
Gosh, the property is gorgeous, but I really wish they interior architects put more thought into planning out the spaces - everything from flow of people up to “bespoke” furniture not fitting in. The garden was by far the worst for me… For 7.5 million you’d expect to get more than a 4 seater sofa
No handrails in main house safety issues as well as giving impression of not being finished what a let down otherwise a very chic house but doesn't feel homely
Love it!. I mean unlike those UK built 5 storey eastern european purchased over opulent converted monstrosities that now unfortunately line the capital, this although a large property, looks like a 'Home' both externally and internally, without being vulgar. Probably a product that reflects 'priceless style' in place of all of the former above.
Beautiful home, but at £7.5m it's a terraced house & not gated, so I'd be worried about security. Can't believe how close the public pavement is to the property's front door!
Beautiful. This so much better than that 40.000.000 Mediterranean gypsy cosmos ugly mansion. Loving space and minimalism here. Amazing how in despite of that feels so cosy and safe. Btw. Whoever buys that 40.000.000 tomb, I recomend highly to dig for corpses underneath or tore it down and build a garden shed instead.
When walling around with no banisters be very safe It looked almost like you only had couple of centimetres at most before fell down gap when on top floor be safe want more videos please
I recommend you guys learn to use the proper terminology for certain aspects of the house because coming from someone in the residential industry, it really drives away actual potential clients when you sound like you have no idea what you’re talking about. “Underneath extractor” is a downdraft.
Not quaint enough for me. I love neutral, but the entire home is boring for me. I don't like the colors or the furnishings. i would love to see a spacious home styled with a more traditional English design.
I find the house a bit depressing. Why choose a decoration in different shades of grey and black? It does not make a house a home! It is more like a series of hotel rooms
This home, while lovely, did not impress me at all. The garden was weird, yet another kitch see-through wine cellar slapped right in your face. Two formal living spaces, neither of which looked like a space you would actually cozy up to watch the telly. The snug was weirdly small and yet underfurnished, and still not cozy. The kitchen was big and yet very little counter space. Yes, there was the big island, but other than that, nothing. And yet another wine cooler. The principal bedroom was ridiculously huge and yet they slapped a tiny storage in an awkward corner, as if an afterthought, clearly because the closet had so much potential that was wasted by adding so little storage space. I might be too practical here, but I really don't need a lovely view and a desk in my closet, it's where I store my clothes. I'd prefer more shelves to display my bags and shoes. The principal bathroom is overly large too, with another tiny awkward storage space smack in the middle. The other bedrooms were a really good size, but the bathrooms had enough space for a nice bathtub in front of the window, and yet they always put in showers. I don't understand this shower craze with the architects, at this point I wouldn't be able to pick a house, because none of them would have at least two bathtubs (which is not that ridiculous to want for this price). This one did have at least two, but it could have more. For so much space wasted, the study was ridiculously small. If I'm working from home for many hours, I would not want to feel like I'm in a shoebox. Overall, throughout this house one thing was prominent: a waste of space. They could have packed so much more, but I understand that many people find the airy, minimalist, so much open space thing appealing. I find it too museum like feeling.
The house is nice and there's potential but there's just a lot of questionable things (in my taste). The walk in entrance to me felt like walking into a high-brow B&B or foyer that you'd see in some hotels. Also, the double shower was a bit of a weird one and the bathrooms where there's soooo much empty space like in the principal bathroom - they could've at least fitted in like a sauna or something.
It is a nice house, but for the price, I would have expected to see a little more creativity regarding interior design. Why were you two rushing through the showing? I get that they were going for modern, but the whole house is cold, nothing saying to me, "Come and relax" The entry into the residence....cold and uninviting. The kitchen was fantastic but I would have loved to see you talk more about the amenities.....people spend most of their time in the kitchen.
Always disappointed in british taste for house.. spain, italy, france and greece for this amount of money you can buy really amazing villas.. and usa ofc
Easily my favourite house you have shown so far. The interior is stunning and just to my personal taste.

I absolutely love this house, makes me want to rip apart my house and redo it like this one.😍

One of the best homes yet.

Thank you for sharing this tour of very nice home. The off-street garage parking is nice.
These luxury homes like the massive bathrooms. My parents had a huge master bath in their house. Mom said master bathroom with too drafty and only used the guest bath! That staircase with no railing is freaky, but otherwise gorgeous house. I would personally have furniture with a bit of color.
I was so distracted by the lack of railing imagining all the ways someone would slip and fall to their death 🙃
What a beautiful property 🥰

The tiled flood drive and garden is cool when there keep clean but I takes a lot of work to keep them clean as my garden is half like that as well
Ooh I like this one
Great property tour Tom and Jaz
Absolutely beautiful, what a pad.

Anybody else notices there’s no staircase banister or railings to prevent you from falling to your death?
The presenters did say that banisters were about to be fitted.
@@cdlc5256 so glad we were the ones paying attention.. I’ve had to reply to someone else commenting about the stairs.. 😊
Beautiful home, please, remember the garage tour too! For 7.5 million, I would be buying in Marbella, not London.
Looks like Chanel or Armani store back in 90's . But its a great Home!
What kind of jobs in London can support a 10 million dollar mortgage?
Pimping , selling drugs...
Works for me 🙊🙈🙉🤣🤣🤣🤣
Stunning house!
Lovely house but I hope they aren’t leaving the stairs like that all open to fall down!
Tom’s face at the bottom of the laundry shoot! 😂 but also 🥰
Really well thought out house.
Lovely,.
cozy house
Under floor heating and wall mounted radiators???
This looks like a house from Star Trek, and then across the road, there's the 1980s Eastenders set.
The stairs are lethal
Very nice but 7.5 million is ridiculous London pricing for a property that's in a terraced street and overlooked - no thanks.
Why aren't the walls plastered outside in uk ?
Come on Tom, a central kitchen island in the kitchen - bruhhh!
Love every bedroom has en-suite! Not a fan of the dark green colour though
This is so beautiful and classic

Beautiful House. It must be near Trinity Road.
Apparently this property is under offer for Under Offer - £6,250,000

Those stairs desperately need balustrades

Gorgeous home but I've not seen a house without banisters on the stairs. Style over safety.
As someone in the glazing industry its a shame the developers didnt use real Crittal doors and went with the cheaper Aluminium option
I find the house a bit depressing. Why choose a decoration in different shades of grey and black? It does not make a house a home! It is more like a series of hotel rooms
Absolutely agree. I longed for a bit of colour, or something unusual.
Feature fireplace but no real fire? Those stairs 😱
