Great sound. And first time hearing Luigi’s new voice. Both Mario and Luigi’s new voices sound good
0:58 That voice clip doesn’t sound good that first “Wowie Zowie” we heard from Mario’s new voice actor sounded more like Martinet, that one however not so much. I’m sorry but it doesn’t sound great. Hopefully that voice clip won’t be used in the final game.

@@FireRazorGamesGoing back to that part, it seems a bit off there. Maybe it’s another voice clip. There are some times that the same voice clip gets done multiple times in different tones. Since the game is close to being complete, that may be in the final game.
Did all the characters get new voices actually? Peach and Daisy also sound pretty different… seems like they’re soft rebooting the franchise. Even the jump sound effect va got replaced 😭

it helps that it doesn't appear to have a timer, so you can take your time to complete levels at your own pace.

Environments are pretty interactive more so then your normal Mario games. Soundtrack seems fitting

Beginning of Luigi’s Mansion 3 as Luigi.
It all started from Luigi's Mansion 3 when Luigi was looking up at the Last Resort, I remember people said Luigi sounded strange back then.

I love how the jump sound effect has a different sound effect depending on the character.
For example: Mario and Luigi share the same jump sound at normal pitch while Peach and Daisy's are high pitched.
The music in that gameplay seems destined to end up in a relaxing video game music compilation on RUclips.

Is that what Koji Kondo was going for this whole series from the begining? The entire series of games is all based on music! Not just the BGMs but the Sound Effects. For years I never thought about this!

Man this makes NSMB series look so stale and boring in comparison. 2D Mario is in for an amazing refresh and I can't wait to see what's next in store.
I wouldn't say "stale and boring". I prefer to think of it as the 2D Mario games taking a huge leap forward.

@@Mac14329stale and boring *in comparison.* The nsmb games are still fun and quite the wild multiplayer experience, but Wonder looks so much better that it makes them seem a lot worse than they really are
Invisible badge is definitely going to become a challenge run idea day one
The names of those badges are actually just challenge badges, there will probably some sort reward for completing a level with them but that's yet to be revealed.

@@WearyMax877 I'm sure you'll just need to use a challenge badge of any type to get the reward, there's 6 of them and 4 of them we've haven't seen. Figuring out the least worst one for a stage might be fun.

Same here. I guess its the more colorful arstyle and bringing back some mechanics from super mario world. Mario world was my favourite arstyle in mario maker. Thats why im excited for this.
I hope they make a new Super Mario World soon! I would love to see Mario and Lugi wearing the yellow cape once again!

The power ups look really cool and awesome especially the elephant power up that turns Mario into elephant Mario oh boy can't wait to play Super Mario Bros wonder on the Nintendo switch when it comes out in October but I'm going to miss Charles doing the voice of Mario in the video games he is a brilliant and fantastic actor in the world also let's hope in the near future Nintendo will ask me to do the voice of Mario, Luigi and other Nintendo characters too now that will be a dream come true. ❤😁❤

Why does Mario’s “wowie zowie” sound worse here than it did in the trailer? Before, there was a question of whether Mario was voiced by Martinet, but here you can clearly tell it’s not him (specifically that line; the rest sounds fine).
This looks so good! Also the jump sound reminds me of Super Mario RPG's jump sound. Absolutely incredible, creative game!

Super Mario Bros Wonder Direct was really interesting, it's nice there is 12 characters where you can play, I will defienitily try Nabbit, Toadette and of corse Daisy because im so glad Daisy is finally in Super Mario Bros game. That flower kingdom looks really amazing new world and courses looks fun. I like that spaceflying it looks nice and about powerups honestly Elephant powerups looks too weird in my opinion but im interested of long Mario, spikeball Mario and drill Mario, that drill Mario is just like Super Mario Galaxy 2 Drill Mario but it's diffrent. Im hyped for this Super Mario Bros wonder and im interesting to hearing who's Mario's new voice. I will pre ordered this game. The gameplay looked fun. 🌻

I am excited for this game, but all those jokes about the wonder flower being a drug is really annoying like nails on a chalkboard. All I need is a nice clean game about magical flowers. Another thing, the hearts of peach and daisy are still beating for their respective boyfriends, aka mario and luigi. The caterpillar prince is a completely new character. So naturally, the flower kingdom has been completely changed for the better, and I'm happy.
